New, two-bedroom rental in lower level of six-year-old house on beach at Rocky Point. Steps to beach for surfing, watching whales, or relaxing. Near bike path, supermarket, restaurants, and sporting activities.
Full kitchen, with custom cabinets, gas stove, granite counter tops. Two new twin beds, can be pushed together like king size.New Queen bed in second bedroom, and also full-size bed in living room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. One parking space inside our gated yard. Not much yard for your use.
Reasonably priced for location in nice, safe, residential area.

I can't believe I didn't write a review sooner. We stayed at this property in October of 2010. Upon arrival we were greeted by the super friendly owner. The suite is clean, spacious and well supplied. The parking is inside the compound so there was really no fear of our vehicle being tampered with. There is in suite laundry a full kitchen and a large bathroom. The Bedroom is HUGE. Access to the beach is through the back gate and around the corner, literally 60 seconds to the beach. The panorama of the ocean is breathtaking. Access to amenities from this property is fantastic. In one direction its a 3 minute drive to Teds Bakery (the best place to eat ever!) and in the other direction about 7 minutes away is Foodland and Starbucks and Sharks Cove, which has great snorkelling opportunities. I would very much recommend this property to anyone who wants an affordable, comfortable and relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
