Bike or walk along miles of beaches; Explore nearby Channel Islands featuring the worlds' tallest sea caves, world class sailing and a kayaking trail; visit Santa Barbara's exquisite zoo and breathtaking scenery.
Take a journey through time and browse the antique shops on Main Street in Ventura... Then come home to the panoramic view and hypnotic ambiance of the ocean... or practice what reknown Zen master, author and peace activist, Thich Nhat Hahn, once said, "Don't Just Do Something, Sit!"
The beach house is located in the secluded section of gated and private Faria Beach Colony far from traffic. The living room and master bedroom offer a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands. Our wide deck in front of the ocean is perfect for early morning yoga, a mid-afternoon snooze, or anything in-between. Feel free to email me and i will send you pictures of the house.
Home-by-the-Sea, from a surfing perspective, overlooks Pitas Point and is walking distance to the Cove, Santa Barbara's classic beginners year-round surf spot. Rincon, the Queen of the Sea, is a short drive north and is one of the best winter surf locations in the world. Numerous other beach and point breaks offer a variety of surf experiences.
