Kiahuna Plantation #108 is a one bedroom, top-floor unit in a 2 story plantation style. This unit has had bathroom, kitchen and furniture upgrades and is freshly painted. Private with an oversized lanai (patio). Non-Smoking unit with a king-size bed, in-room safe, free beach chairs, as well as beach and pool towels (daily!) are just some of the amenities.
I am a real estate agent and work at the office located at the Kiahuna Plantation so in addition to front desk help being available 24/7 I am always around also.

Why the Owner Chose Kiahuna Plantation
Kiahuna Plantation is the only condominium resort in Poipu that's on a swimming beach. I live here at the Poipu Kai Resort and I can tell you we don't go to the beach anywhere near the amount of time that we used to because it's not as convenient as the Kiahuna. The Kiahuna Plantation was also built to half density, in other words there's half the condos that there could be and if they built it today it would be crammed up like all the other resorts here in Poipu!

My husband and I first came to the Kiahuna Plantation on vacation in 1992 and fell in love with the Island instantly. We returned each year, spending more and more time on Kauai and eventually came up with an 8-year plan to move to the island. In the meantime, we purchased a Kiahuna Plantation condo for our annual visits and used it as a vacation rental when we weren’t on island. Our intent was to sell the condo once we moved here and then buy a permanent home. Our plan worked and in 2004 we moved to Kauai! However, we ended up loving our Kiahuna Plantation condo so much that we decided to keep it and it now brings us a great return on our investment as a full time vacation rental. The real estate company that I work for, Pacific Ocean Properties is located at the Kiahuna Plantation.
