Why the Owner Chose Colorado Springs: This was our main residence for several years until recently. We have enjoyed it's location, large backyard and safe neighborhood. It's located in a very convenient area in Colorado Springs near lots of shopping, stores, parks and easy access to I-25.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Our Briargate home is close to great walking trails, parks, and playgrounds. You can walk to Starbucks and other coffee shops. There's an incredible little Sushi restaurant 3 blocks away. This home has a really nice large back yard and features a brand new large deck. You'll find the space is open but not too large. We hope you enjoy your stay!
