Had a great time and a real home from home. We have visited Florida many times and we would certainly recommend this to our friends. The villa is very spacious and has everything you need for a vacation.The location is great too - close to Disney, but not too close. The owners certainly made us feel at home and couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had a good stay. We would certainly come back!

Wonderful stay yet again in Aster cove. The whole family just settles really well into Florida life when we're here! The house is wonderfully well-equipped and the biggest bonus over all of the other houses we've either stayed in or visited friends in is the huge and private pool deck area. Other houses just don't have that amount of outdoor space! The new BBQ was much used this year by the family, as we now spend more and more time at the house rather than the parks these days. Every year we visit, there are improvements and additions to previous years. The new sofas this year were very comfortable indeed! Can't wait to return to see what's new next year!

I totally recommend the vacation home. Its very comfortable and it has everything you need, also most important, its close to everything to the mall, for gas, supermarket and best of all to the parks. The pool is very big too. I do recommended it.

Stayed at this villa the last week of April 2011. This is the 6th trip to FLA for me and have stayed in 6 different villas. Michelle was very easy to work with and we loved the heated pool, but have to say that the living room furniture is in need of replacement as the material is ripping along the top and it seemed very dirty. We washed extra blankets to put onto the couch so that we felt comfortable sitting on it. The carpet also seemed quite worn and the towel selection for the showers was poor at best. The front entry way is cluttered with trees and shrubs that need to be cut back so you don't have to duck down without getting hit in the face with leaves and limbs. Maybe I have been spoiled by my other 5 stays in Florida, but I would probably not return to this villa.

Owner response:I always appreciate feed back, and wish future guests to know new living room furniture has been on order since March, it was delayed due to been out of stock - 3 x 3 seater sofas are need for this large living area. They were delivered 4th May and a picture of the new blue stripped sofas will be added to the web site shortly - they just look great. ( just one of the older sofas had a tear on the top back section, but did not effect the comfort of the sofa) They were being replaced to update this room, the tear happened Mid March, and just happen to coincide when the order had been placed. No one has comented on them been dirty in any way. This home has plenty of towels, perhaps these guests did not find the spares in the linen closet. When I took delivery of the new sofas I had no problem with any overgrown shrubs, but a palm frond could do with a trim and a oak branch near the drive way will be trimmed, Friday. I did speak with these guest thru their stay and all was fine for them.

We spent a lovely three weeks at this villa, the villa is a home from home and everything you need is provided. The kitchen is fantastic with all mod cons and the rest of the house is beautifully laid out and perfect for a large family. The pool area was adequate and the outside ceiling fan was most helpful in very hot temperatures. I would certainly return to this villa should we decide to holiday in this area again.

Have now been to this villa in Aster Cove more times than I care to remember and can honestly say it just gets better year after year! The phrase 'home from home' was invented for this as the house has everything you could possibly wish for. We stayed for 29 nights this time and had the most amazing time. Since we've been to Florida many times, we decided this year to give most of the parks a miss and really spent lots of relaxation time around the pool enjoying having family barbecues. The WiFi access and free telephone calls are a huge bonus when away from home for such a long time and the children really appreciated being able to use their iPods out at the pool! Excellent service is provided by the management company, and nothing is too much trouble - including ordering golf vouchers on our behalf and having them waiting in the house for our arrival. Lots of our friends regularly hire villas in Florida and I can honestly say that I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else - the house has everything we could hope for both inside and out! The only improvement on this year's holiday is that we stay for even longer next time.............

Another fabulous 3 week stay this year! Both families sharing the villa made great use of the pool and lanai area every day of our holiday and it was a welcome return from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Having driven from France to England, to fly to Orlando for a first visit, accompanied by my four children (11-18), queued for 90mins to reach the Budget rent a car desk, mastered driving an automatic car for the first time, opening the door at Astor Cove was an absolute delight after our tiring journey; all we had anticipated from the photos and more!' Immediately, there is a sense of welcome, relaxation and being 'home from home' only more luxurious! The villa has plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and 'user friendly' instuctions for all the extra facilities ie DVD, internet etc. We really appreciated the free local and international calls plus the answering machine. The kids adored the pool and it was so peaceful with only the lake to look out on. My personal life saver was the spa which revitalised my legs daily before and after all the theme parks! Thanks to Amanda for all her organisation and attention to our needs which provided for a holiday of a lifetime! We would love to return and wouldnt think of booking anywhere else.

Our family flew to Orlando to see and watch the Rebel Games (College Softball Tournament), as my daughter plays for a Lemoyne College (Syracuse, NY). The house was perfect and Michelle was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this rental and I will be renting the same home next year.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic time at our Kissimmee retreat during our 1(one) week stay. This was our first Christmas away from the North and we felt just like we were at home, only minus the cold and snow! We felt very safe in the quiet, gated community. All the attractions were within a few miles and plenty places to shop and eat. We were very surprised at how many restaurants opened their doors for Christmas Day. Personal favorite's, Uno's, Black Angus Steakhouse & House of Blues in Downtown Disney. Our Christmas Eve was spent at Cirque du Soleil, a MUST see, very entertaining. Special thanks to Michelle for answering all our inquiries prior to our booking and taking care of all our needs during and after our stay. Final thought, great villa, great location, great time! We had a great holiday in Orlando despite Tropical Storm Fay doing her best to ruin it. We met up with some friends from the UK (3 of them and 4 of us) and there was plenty of room in the villa for all of us. The kids obviously loved the pool and made use of it as often as possible. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and there is a good choice of DVDs and games for the kids to use too. The villa is located within easy reach of all the attractions and you pass many restaurants on your return journey, some I have listed here. We particularly liked Outback, Uno, Carrabbas, Texas Roadhouse, Smokey Bones, Vallerta Mexican and Chilis. One word of warning, if you are going to fill up your gas tank before you return your hire car then don't use Suncoast Energys just outside the airport. They charged $5.49 a gallon and they didn't advertise their prices so we didn't realise until it was too late. Otherwise the cost of gas in Florida didn't seem particularly high. We would like to say thanks to Amanda who answered many of our questions before our holiday and kept in touch with us until we left. Thanks also to Michelle who contacted us whilst we were in the villa to ensure all was ok with our visit. I mentioned a few issues and they were noted and resolved. All in all a good villa in a good location and definitely worth visiting.

It was lovely to come back to the quiet and calm after a hectic day at one of the parks. We had no problems whatsoever (except we had to come home!!) I'm sure if we had they would have been dealt with swiftly. The bedrooms were wonderful and the beds so comfy, the spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen a pleasure and the pool as my daughter kept saying was "awesome!" Just back from another fabulous 3 week stay in the villa - 29 June through to 20 July. This is our 6th time using this house and after 19 years of visiting Florida, I can honestly say I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else! The new decor and upgrading to plasma TV and the addition of DVD players in each of the rooms was well received by adults and children alike. Our friends who stayed with us for the 3 weeks (and who were visiting Florida for the first time) were absolutely bowled over by the size of the villa and pool deck and were amazed at the sheer luxury of the master bedroom! We made great use of the BBQ while we were there and thoroughly enjoyed returning to the sancuary of the villa after long hard days at the parks. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and/or management company and it's a stress-free holiday knowing that you are dealing with such high standards. The wireless network and printing facilities within the house proved invaluable for organising the frequent visits to the golf and the free international calls proved a real boon for the children for keeping in touch with the grandparents back home. Our next visit to Florida will definitely be a return to Aster Cove. Thanks once again for a briliant stay!

What a great way to escape the cold Michigan winter for six weeks. Our stay in this lovely home from mid January until March 1 was very enjoyable. We especially loved the spacious pool area which was bathed in sun for most of the afternoon. When our kids and grandkids came for a visit in February, they spent countless hours in the pool. We cooked out on the gas grille several times and loved the chance to have breakfast and coffee outside by the pool. The home is large and well laid out with a great kitchen and eating area. Also we enjoyed having the internet access for our laptop. We are planning to return again next year and enjoy more of the Florida winter sun. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay (March 15 through 29) in this spacious home in Aster Cove. My husband & I spent the first week alone, mostly relaxing in Florida's warmth by the home's pool and occasionally exploring the area. The activity level was then turned-up to "high" for our 2nd week as we welcomed our 2 children and their families. We of course did Disney, and spent a day at Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic -- but the grandchildren were most excited by the delights of the heated pool. We found the restaurants in the Orlando-Kissimmee area to be some of the best: Joe's Crab Shack, Bahama Breeze, Angel's Lobster Buffet, and our favorite: The Catfish Place in St. Cloud. (The fish fries we are used to in Wisconsin don't compare, I'm afraid to admit.) We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this particular home and community for it's amenities and surroundings.

We stayed in this lovely home from March 1-15, 2008. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the entire vacation. The pool was a big hit with our kids! (and we have explained to them for the fiftieth time that we live in cold winter Canada and an outdoor pool just isn't going to happen!!!) We stayed for 2 weeks from October 4th 2007 and had the most fantastic time. We have been to Florida over 17 times and the facilities in the villa were some of the best we have experienced. Great pool and spa and the interior space was superb. Management company and the Villa Owners gave first rate service throughout. Free international calls was also a great bonus for us to keep in contact with family back home. We have spent a week in your beautiful house in Florida. Another fabulous holiday in Aster Cove! We were holidaying with friends this year, so in all, 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed a long, relaxing 3 week holiday. As ever, everything you could wish for was on hand in this immaculate, well-equipped house. With so many villas to rent, the thing which makes this house stand out from the rest is the large pool with huge deck area which backs onto the lake. We spent many a happy hour enjoying the peace and quiet there! Suffice to say, we've booked already for next year. Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful villa! We stayed here May 5th to 12th 2007 and had a really great time. The house is spacious and clean and the pool is just perfect for young kids (and old ones!). It's in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. My kids loved the play grounds as well. We'll definitely be going again next year!

The villa is in a safe, peaceful location yet within extremely easy reach of almost all of Florida's attractions and more! The villa boasts a fantastically spacious living area, great sized pool and all the home from home furnishings and appliances that make for a relaxing holiday. There were nine in our party, seven of which were girls so the hairdryer got alot of use!!! We rented A home on Aster Cove Lane from 2/11 - 2/18. It was my children's 1st time in Florida and we had a great time. The house was great - plenty of room for all of us. And the pool was great. The first 2 days we were there was record cold temps so we really couldn't swim but other than that, the pool was wonderful! We are really hoping to come back in November for Thanksgiving. We Visited from 8th December 2005 to 24th December 2005. The villa was everything we needed for a perfect holiday.The location was just the right distance from all the attractions but still a nice, quiet place to return to after a hectic day. Well furnished with nice size bedrooms and living area. The pool was heated and was warm. Unfortunatly the spa was a little cooler than I would like but that may be because i like to cook like a lobster and come out just as pink and cooked to perfection. Overall this villa is one of the best we have used over the last seven years and we would highly recomend it for your vacation.

This was our 4th visit to the villa in Aster Cove and we had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. Our children really enjoy playing in the pool, and the addition of a playstation indoors proved a great attraction! We were fortunate enough to be holidaying at the same time as friends who were staying in another part of Crescent Lakes, so we took the opportunity to make use of the excellent poolside BBQ! All in all, we had an outstanding holiday - everything in the villa you could possibly wish for - and undoubtedly we will return again. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else - Crescent Lakes is the ideal location.

hi stayed in villa late june,had great time,villa lived up to expectations,nice pool,everything clean and tidy;nice/quiet and safe community.10 mins drive to main areas. book this villa with complete confidence!!!! ps only shame was always out at parks,never had time to relax and enjoy the villa; good tip ,make time to stay by pool and CHILL!!!!! kind regards lee cunningham

7-21 June 2005 We had a great holiday at the villa - the weather was very hot and sunny - mostly 94 degrees. The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed - including extra pool towles and lots of pool toys for the kids ! The pool was warm and in the sun all day which was great when you got back from a day out and you could relax by the pool and watch the sun set. Aster cove is a lovely quiet neighbourhood in Crescent lakes and we felt it was very safe especially due to it being a gated community.The villa is quiet and the lake at the rear means it isn't overlooked - we even saw a turlte in the lake. We will recommend the villa to friends and family and would like to come back again in the future !

Comment Text: We stayed in this villa for one week with three adults and four children. This was our first time renting a villa, so I don't have a comparison, but everything was great. It was equipped with everything you could want, including plenty of extra towels for the pool and even a highchair and crib for a baby. The home was very spacious, and could easily sleep 10 if you used the pullout sofa. The pool was very nice for the children. Michelle at Behlor Realty was a pleasure to work with, and even retreived a left-behind item for us.

My daughter and son-in-law took me with them to your lovely villa for two weeks. I have been to Florida four or five times before but yours was the most comfortable and best equipped villa I have stayed in. It was lovely that after a hard day having fun the children could go to their rooms to have fun on the playstation or watch a video while the grown ups could relax round the pool. I shall certainly recommend the villa to all my friends and hope that I can go back next year...
