The area is very safe and in the perfect central location. The condominium is very large with a secure indoor parking space. Custom interior design and new attractive furniture give it that home-away-from-home feel. __________________________________________________________________________________ Within Walking Distance... This beautiful condo is just blocks away from many of L.A.’s most fashionable boutiques and hip restaurants, grocery stores, and neighborhood coffee shops. A short drive to trend-setting Melrose Avenue and visit world-famous celebrity-haven-Fred Segal, Maxfield, Jonathan Adler, Paul Smith, Energie, Miss Sixty, and John Varvatos just to name a few.
