  This was our first time renting a property in Orlando and this house catered for all of our needs. The owners are friendly and provide a great service. Great communications and easy to follow instructions to the house. On arrival everything was as described and the property was clean and well maintained with everything in working order. The listing description and pictures are accurate. The property is located in a very quiet location and it was great to be able to relax after a busy day in a theme park. The house is in a great position to get to all of the attractions and restaurants. Supermarkets are close as are good restaurants - we would highly recommend Manny's Chop House which is a ten minute drive away. The view out of the back is lovely and adds to the tranquillity of the area. We would certainly recommend this property/location to our friends and family and we would consider using this house again in the future.

  The villa was easy find thanks to the directions from Ash. The villa was fantastic just like it was advertised the cupboard was well stock with glass, plates etc, plenty of towels and bedding. We have a great family holiday thanks to the villa and Ash and Ellie. We have and will recommend this villa to everyone and we will be visiting again Thanks

  We first visited this home a couple of years ago (see earlier comments) and have returned a few times since then. So here's my updated review. A previous review mentioned the lack of a portable fan. There was one in the small cupboard in the living area by the kitchen. We've used it on previous visits and again this time so we knew it was there. There were comments about mobile phone connectivity, - go to the 7 -11 at the end of the road and buy a Pennytalk Global calling card. A $10 card will give you calls to the UK at about 2 cents per min to a land line or well over 60 mins of time to a mobile. We never used all of the one we bought. Why pay 50p per text or a fortune per min on a mobile? The new access road to the estate really improves access and exit, and simplifies directions. Again the house was perfect for our stay. We had a couple of minor issues but Sally Busby of Peach Management was great in helping us out and getting things sorted. We cannot fault the house, the support from Sally, and the booking process with Ash. My only fear is that more people will book with him and restrict dates available for us. Update usefull places 1. Chinese Takeaway - Bamboo Wok on the Town Centre Sand mine road about 4 miles North up SR27. They don't deliver but you can phone and pick up or order and buy your shopping at the Publix next door. 2. Restaurant - Manny's Chop shop - 200 yards south of Sonny's BBQ pit in Haines City. Excellent food, good service, but can get busy. We went at 8:30pm and was OK 3. Groceries - The Target Supermaket on Posner Park now has a small ( by US standards ) grocery section. So you don't have to drive miles for bread and milk. So overall, A great place to stay away from the bustle and relax by your own pool, but within easy access of the parks or shops. Just don't try to book it when we want to go, because we'll certainly be looking to go again.

  Our stay at the property was nice, although when we pulled up to the house, it did not look anything like the picture on the internet. The Lawn company came and installed new sod while we were staying this week. The house was in good condition and it was a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and the sand hill cranes who entertained us in the yard. We did not have good cell phone reception in the house, as our neighbors had similar problems seeing there were many people in the streets on their phones. Suggestions for improvement would include more than 4 washcloths abailable in the house--we had plenty of towels. Also, a ceiling fan or portable fan for the back bedroom connected to the pool would be helpful. That bedroom gets most of the sun and it gets very warm in there. All in all an enjoyable stay despite the rain we had each afternoon we were there.

  Owner response: Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to review our home. We have to apologise for the condition of the front garden as the grass had been lifted in preparation for being re-laid. During this work the front clearly did not resemble the image on the internet. Unfortunately, the dry cold winter had a negative impact on the grass and consequently we decided to replace it. This work has now been completed and we are pleased to advise that the view of the front of the house has now been restored to match that shown in the image. As per guest suggestion, additional washcloths have now been provided. In respect of the back bedrooms being too warm, our Management Company noted that the air conditioning was set quite high by the guests and a lower setting would have provided a more comfortable temperature in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, this issue was not bought to the attention of our Management Company who are extremely helpful and would have been able to resolve this issue had they been notified. We do recommend that guests contact our Management Company with any issues or concerns that they may have during their stay as most things can be quickly and easily resolved to the satisfaction of guests. We are pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay in our home.

  Had an excellent stay in a lovely spacious villa. All family old and young enjoyed the pool and views. Owner Ash was very helpful when our flight got cancelled for our 1st week. He helped us arrange another villa which was only 2 doors down. Overall we were more than satisfied with the villa and help from ash. I would like to thank Ash and Elle for making our holiday a very memorable one.

  There's nothing I can add to the comments previously made about the house other than we regarded it as our home for our stay. We relaxed by the pool for breakfast and in the evening. The pool got the sun from 7am through to after 6pm. Although it wasn't heated it stayed between 82-86Deg F when it was low 90s in the shade so was great for early morning or late night swims. The Spa was a great place to unwind and the area is very quiet, but there was the added benefit of a pool screen to stop children from running straight out when the parents aren't looking. Everything was on one level and open plan, so it's easy to get around. The front seating area provides a secluded respite from everyone. You are minutes from the Interstate and can be at either coast in just over an hour. Use WalMart, Target, Publix, for Grocery shopping -all within 6 miles. For Eating out - Outback, Golden Corral, Sonny's BBQ pit, Applebees or any of the Steakhouses. Remember- if the car park is empty don't eat there. Retail Therapy - Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall, Premium Mall and Prime Mall - Check on line for discounts. Park tickets- buy in UK or Walmart unless you want timeshare pressure. Finally- make use of the coupon books you see everywhere. They're like little books of dollars. So you're not only getting great value on your accomodation, you're saving on your spending. We will definitely be checking availability next time we go to Florida

  We have stayed in several villas along the highway 27, and this villa far exceeded the previous villa's we have stayed in. An excellent size home for a large family without feeling crowded, with an extra lounge this was perfect for some well deserved quiet time. With five superb size bedrooms we were spoilt for choice as to who stayed in which bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, there wasn't anything we were short off. The pool was outstanding which included a daily show off eagles and different birds flying above. The area was so peaceful and private with no overlooking neighbours. Restaurants and supermarkets just a short drive away and the all important Disney theme parks are a 10 min drive along the I-4 and Universal being 20 min. An excellent location home with fantastic views and amenities, this villa is very highly recommended by our family and we would definitely be using this home again. thanks a million angela,paul,ashley,savannah,rae,john,june,samantha

  My husband had to travel to Orlando for work, & we decided to pack up the family & take a vacation. The villa was absolutely perfect and exactly as described! It was convenient to shopping & the Disney Parks & Orlando convention center. The kids (ages 1 & 3) were very excited to go swimming every day, & they even got to feed the cows right behind the property. The scenery was just beautiful, & the house was very nicely decorated yet kid friendly! We will definitely recommend your house to friends! Thanks!

  What a wonderful place. Everything was as expected. Our first time in a villa & it certainly wont be the last. Close to the I 4, so handy for the parks, shopping, etc. South facing pool so sun all day long if you want it. Gated community leaving you feeling safe. Nice open views at the back of the property. Easy to find, excellent directions. We would definitely recommend to our friends & family. Make sure you go to Sonny's Real Pit BBQ in Haines city, real friendly. Cracker Barrel's great for breakfast. Our other favorites are Golden Corral, Sweet Tomatoes & Cheesecake Factory. Wish we were still there, can't wait til next time.

  We have just got back from this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.The villa itself has everything that you would need on holiday and a lovely view from the pool.It has some restaurants and shops near by and is only a short drive to the park. The only draw back is finding it is quite difficult to find. It is badly sighned, but the owners give excellent directions so we managaed to work it out. My family and myself would definatly love to go back
