Beautiful, brand new, 3100 square foot, four bedroom, three and a half bath, shore house. The third floor features spacious living quarters with great room, stainless and granite island kitchen, cherry floors and gas firelplace. If the steps are too much, take the elevator! There are five decks and breathtaking ocean views. Ceiling fans are in all rooms as well as two-zone heating and cooling.
On the ground floor, you will find the family room with wet bar, refrigerator, queen sleeper and deck. Additional bedroom with bath, and laundry facilities are also here. On the second level are the sleeping quarters. The master suite has a king bed, deck with oceanviews, and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2, Bedroom #3 (also with deck), and full bath are near by. The home has attached one-car garage and parking for four additional cars in driveway. Street parking is also available.

Why the Owner Chose Brigantine
We love the location to town. You can walk everywhere. The beach is just perfect. Our favorite day is to get up, walk for coffee. Head to the beach for the day. Purchase fresh seafood at the local market and grill with friends. We end the day by walking into town for ice cream. For an night out, we love the great restaurants, shows and shopping in Atlantic City. Just 10 minute drive.
