Bigger than it looks and right at the bigger of 2 pools! Come stay at the Admirals Club in Emerald Shores Gated Community. Admirals Club is very close to the beach and right at one of the community's heated pools. This home is nicely furnished and boasts many extras including a new 50" High Definition Plasma TV with several High Definition channels, new upgraded stainless steel appliances, and granite counters in the kitchen and baths. High Definition HBO too! New tile backsplash in the kitchen!
The first floor has an open, spacious living area that is tiled and open to the kitchen and the dining room. The Master Suite is also on the first floor and is furnished with a king-sized pillow top Tommy Bahama bed. Sleep in luxury!
A full-size washer and dryer is in the hall. A spiral staircase takes you up to the second floor with two big bedrooms with a sitting area, TV, and a bathroom with a granite floor! There are just too many extras to mention! Admirals Club also boasts a completely separate living space under the same roof!
An In-Law suite is in back with a living room, fully furnished kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom! This home sleeps up to 13! A screened breezeway with a courtyard invites you out to sit and enjoy the cool breezes under a ceiling fan! Other furnishings include five TVs, three DVDs, four VCRs, stereo, Sony Playstation.
Additional Emerald Shores amenities include two heated pools, a tennis court, shuffle board, and a beach cabana with a shower and restrooms!

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, "Paradise!" The Destin area is abundant
with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Easy airport access to major cities like Atlanta, Dallas, Cincinnati, Memphis, Tampa, and Houston!
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family Home
Gated community with 2 pools, a tennis court, basketball goal, and a private beach cabana with lounge chairs, picnic tables, and restrooms! No other neighborhood along this stretch of beach has one! They may have a private access to the beach but you won't find a private beach cabana! Walk to restaurants!
