  We rent this condo many times during the year and have always found it always neat and orderly. Yes the interior is a little dated but it makes you feel comfortable. You can relax and enjoy yourself without worrying if every move you make may mess up something. It looks lived in and enjoyed!!! We like the fact that there are linens available in the unit if you launder and put them back in the closet before you leave. This is a great beach property where you do not have to worry about every hand print, crumb or speck of dust!!! The owner has always been courtious when we have called with an issue and has addressed each issue immediatly even though he lives 4 hours away.....His cleaning crew are only a phone call away! No rental property can be perfect....but this one is a winner in my book and we will be back!!!!

  For the money this condo was ok. It needs to be updated. One of the bed covers was dirty, and I stepped on a rusty paperclip in one of the rooms. The owner wasn't overly friendly.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We came to stay at Myrtle Beach Resort mid-May and we had a wonderful time. The weather was not too hot but it was perfect for laying on the beach or by the pool. This unit was spacious for our group of 5 young adults and was also very clean. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner was frozen over when we arrived which we ended up contacting the owner the second day of our stay and he sent a maintenence man out right away to fix it. Other than the air not working for a couple days we had a great stay (good thing it wasn't too hot)! I would recommend this unit to people with children, young adults, or anyone looking for a carefree vacation at the beach. We went to the outdoor bar that is in the resort one day that it had been raining and the food was great! I highly recommend the fried pickles and popcorn shrimp! This resort is secluded from the main strip but it is only about a 5 minute drive; this was nice because we did not have to worry about the crowds around the resort and on the beach. If we ever do a trip back to Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach Resort is definitely where I will make my reservations! This was a great place to take a break from the pace and hassle of life!

  We have stayed in this condo a couple of times in the last month and have really enjoyed it! There is so much to do on the resort. We love the lazy river and the beach!!! The condo is very clean and has a great floor plan. It also has a great view of the ocean. We also really like the location of this resort. It it close to the normal beach shops, but also very close to a lot of shopping with a mall and lots of restaurants close by. Highly recommend this condo and resort!

  We have used this condo several times a year for several years and would recommend it to everyone. The condo is clean, orderly and has a good view of the ocean.There are linens availible if you clean them before departure. The owner is easily available by phone and runs great specials during the off season. If there is a problem his maintanence service is excellent and can do just about any repair needed.
