This is a great house to rent if you enjoy the afternoon sun on your deck and a nice view of the bay while preparing barbecue. The deck is also furnished with an umbrella and table for six.
The inside of this home is welcoming with clean tile floors and comfortable leather sofas. A large private master bedroom and bath has a private entrance.
The other two bedrooms share another bathroom. A walk along the Newport Harbor is a short 100 feet away and a stroll on the oceanfront sidewalk is 275 steps away.
The Balboa Pier and Main Street is only a five minute walk along either the bay or oceanfront sidewalk. This unit is the upper unit of a duplex with one covered parking spot. Washer, Dryer & Wash-Basin located in garage.
