This is a beautiful, spacious gated community. There is a nice mix of group activities or you can remain independently active or quiet. Home is in nice condition, new air, roof, appliances, etc. Two pools (one heated), tennis, a recreation building, game rooms, etc. Yard features three palm trees,nice landscaping.
Short drive to pristine beaches at Boca Grande, Englewood, Siesta Key and Venice. 45 minutes North of Fort Myers. 1 1/2 hours South of Tampa. The park is very friendly, yet quiet and not crowded. There is plenty of shopping available in the nearby surrounding areas.
Off the beaten path, Holiday Lake is a beautiful place in which to enjoy life. Reasonably rented. We will consider long term rental. Currently available from May 1, 2009 through November 30, 2009. Next availability is on April 1, 2010.
