Our custom home is ideal for large families just 100 steps from the beach! Enjoy your vacation in the comfort of seven large bedrooms (4 master suites), 5 full bthrms, 3 half bthrms, two outside showers, two large gathering rooms, three flat screen tv's, elevator, wetbar, hardwood floors, large kitchen and dining area with stainless appliances (seats 14). Room deadening insulation throughout!
The entry level has 1 bedroom, two outdoor showers and an outdoor bathroom. The second level has 5 bedrooms - three which are master suites with adjacent decks to escape and read, or enjoy the ocean breezes, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bunk bedroom with two bunkbeds (these two bedrooms share a full bathroom), a large gathering room that is the perfect spot for children to watch their favorite tv show or play the games provided, large laundry room and half bathroom. The upper level shares the owner's master suite with ocean view deck, large family room with surround sound, separte reading area, large half bath, screened in patio and roof top deck have breathtaking ocean views, kitchen/dining area with adjacent deck to relax in the sun.
It is mere steps to our private (guarded) Middlesex Beach - private being the key word - you'll always have plenty of room to bring all of the chairs, games, etc. to enjoy your day on the beach. Our house is on a virtually traffic free cul-de-sac where children can ride their bikes or play in the backyard on a wooden swingset.. plenty of parking!
This home is conveniently located near stores as well as a short bike ride to downtown Bethany and the boardwalk. Enjoy tax-free outlet shopping in nearby Rehobeth Beach as well as great nightlife in Dewey Beach and Ocean City, MD.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Middlesex Beach
We chose to by a vacation rental in Bethany Beach because of the quaintness of the area. We get the best of everything in Bethany - great shops and restaurants and a private beach. We have access to the tennis facilities at Sea Colony. We love the fact that we can drive to Ocean City, MD or Rehobeth Beach to take the kids on the boardwalk and rides and come back to our quiet retreat. We also are close to the Indian River Inlet where we fish. It truly is a special location.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is just 100 steps to our private beach. We have great views of the ocean from multiple decks. It is a special spot where family and friends feel "at home" in our house. They can easily walk back to the house for lunch or have the kids play in the cul-de-sac or swing set in the backyard. Another great benefit is that we are within walking distance from several stores which has come in handy. We are under a mile from the center of town and love riding our bikes with the kids to get ice cream, or strolling down the beach to town.

We loved hanging out on the beach with friends and family, playing games, eating alot! Once again, another wonderful year at the Lynch's beach house
