Home on Echo Bay with beautiful lake views and a private dock. Completed in early 2005, this custom home features all the amenities you could want. The home is beautifully decorated, is private and has all of the comforts of home. The spacious kitchen has new appliances and opens up to a great room with a large vaulted ceiling and many picture windows that overlook the lake. The bar seats six and the dining area has room for ten around a Mexican wormwood table. The living area has several comfortable couches and there’s a entertainment system with DVD/CD player.
The home has three flours so that there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. There are four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. All the showers have tile surrounds, and the master has a large double headed shower and separate corner Jacuzzi tub. Additional beds include new style futons with spring mattresses and memory foam, there are two in the recreation room and one in the loft. There is sleeping room for 14 to 15 people.
The large recreation room has another TV, DVD, stereo and pool table and the sliding door exits to the lower deck. From there it’s a short walk to the private dock. One of the highlights of the property is the multitude of decks. The main floor boasts a 700 foot deck with a Weber barbecue grill, and the lower deck off the recreation room and master deck offer beautiful lake views!
