Welcome to Gulf Highlands Resort, a gated resort located between Front and Middle Beach Roads. There is a Super Wal-Mart and Publix within a five minute drive. A short walk to the beach, with a private clubhouse and pool for guests. One of the 11 pools is directly in front of this unit, also two of the six tennis courts.
Upstairs the King-size master bedroom has its own bath. The other two queen-size bedrooms share a full bath. Each bedroom has cable TV and two have VCRs. Downstairs the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a TV with a DVD/VCR. There is a half bath off the living room. A full kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating. A dining room with table and chairs, a bar with bar stools. The den has a full-size sleeper sofa and TV.
Off the den there is a laundry room with washer, dryer, a shower, and vanity. Exit the den onto the patio. All linens as well as a charcoal grill, tennis rackets, golf balls, and putters are provided.
