No hype in condo description. It is a fairly quiet and very clean home away from home at per diem rates. Convenient for commuting to base installations near Wahiawa and yet worlds away in rural North Shore; right across the street from empty beaches and friendly community neighbors. The owner is easy to work with and provides all the amenities expected from usual extended-stay hotels without the tourist traffic or check-in/out hassles. All appliances worked and were well-maintained. Furnishings were comfortable and kitchen stocked with misc.cooking supplies.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

The place was extreamly clean when I arrived and the condo is in a great location. Very close to Haleiwa, and the North Shore beaches, and to Dilingham Airfield. I stayed over a month and there are no problems with this condo, everything is there for a long enjoyable stay. Being able to walk out the door and across the street to the beach was a real plus. Thanks for having this place available and making my stay great.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Our three month stay at this condo was very enjoyable. It was clean and comfortable, with a great ocean view. We sat out on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. The owner called us periodically to make sure everything was going well. A beach park was a quick walk across the street, and we enjoyed swimming every day. Within a couple of blocks was a wonderful, paved bike path that went all the way to Haleiwa, where there are numerous shops and restaurants. We would recommend this property to friends.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

The beautiful North Shore has been my destination for the past 6 years. I find it's the "true Hawaii" !! And staying in Mark's condo was perfect!! It is definitely a place you can feel comfortable "taking your shoes off" !! Walking the gorgeous beach across the street every day is only second to watching the breathtaking sunset evrey night! The proximity to Haleiwa and the unique restaurants, shops, and galleries is surely a plus. The Haleiwa Harbor is the perfect place to book a sunset cruise or a shark encounter! All in all, staying in Waialua, away from the crowds and commercialism of Waikiki, is my idea of a perfect vacation. I am sure to return again and again!! Mahalo for a very enjoyable stay !!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Mark,Aloha! We had a wonderful time in Waialua, and the main reason is that we had such a great place to stay! The condo was like being at home only with an ocean view. It was great to walk on the beach each morning, lay out in the sun each afternoon, and the beauty of the mountains near by. Breathtaking!Having Haleiwa nearby with their local market, and it's deli made for easy dinners at home in the evnings. Matsumoto's was our favorite place to go for shave ice, and Killer Taco's says it all. If you're going to visit, forget Honolulu, stay here and enjoy the peace & quite. It was one of our best trips ever. We'll be back and we're telling all our friends. Thanks so very much, it was A++++ Aloha! Deborah & Chance MillerDid you find this review helpful?
