The top floor of this 1700 square foot home has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and full full bath with sliders onto a relaxing deck. While the ground floor includes a large family room, a third bedroom and full bath.
A beach pass to Charlestown town beach and Blue Shutter Town beach is provided with the home. A canoe is also availible for use on the saltpond.
The saltpond is a wonderland - fishing, clamming, kayaking, waterskiing - enjoy it all! Boats can be launched on the pond at a public boat launch off the Charlestown beach road or at the State Beach breachway. Kayaks or pontoon boats can all be rented for use on the saltpond. Take a leisurely stroll for coffee and scones at the local bakery and take in the quaint village of Cross Mills. The cottage is located just 30 minutes from Foxwood's Casino or Newport and minutes to seven spectacular golf courses. Truly a vacation paradise!

This house was perfect for our children. Kids could bike ride on the quiet roads in the neighborhood. We rented kayaks -the pond and sandbars are so great for young kids. Charlestown beach is spectacular. The bakery and the corner ice cream store fastly became our favorite spots.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
