The covered porch accessible from the main living area provides another large gathering space for dining and relaxing. Enjoy the ocean views through beautiful palms and live oak trees while relaxing in the comfortable rocking chairs.
The main level also offers two generously-sized bedrooms with full bath suites. Each of the bedrooms have two Queen beds and 32" Flat screen/Cable TV/DVD. The living room and separate den have full-size sleep sofas. A separate powder room is located off the den.
On the lower level, four oversized bedrooms with full baths are situated off a wide hall, providing privacy and comfort to every guest. From the porch on the lower level, step down to the large pool and spa area (approximately 16x20), surrounded by patio and grass lawn suitable for picnicking or play. There is plenty of room to sun while listening to the ocean waves, or to enjoy a barbeque with the convenience of the nearby grill and refrigerator. The pool and/or spa may be heated upon request. This house was everything we hoped it would be and then some......... our tennis team was playing in the Regionals and we were looking for a place that was centrally located and had enough room so we didn't feel crowded....and this was definitely it!!!! On top of that... the beds were awesome!!! This may sound like a trivial thing...but, when you're traveling...sleeping in a new bed.... sometimes it's hard to get a good night's sleep...... we all slept great..........and that means a lot!!!! The kitchen is large enough for people to congregate and watch while others cook... :-) Or, they can sit on the bar stools and join in...... or watch TV....that's the great thing about this house....so many options. Plus, the grill downstairs is a whole other option.... which we totally took advantage of!!! The owners were easy to work with and extremely helpful. If the opportunity presents itself again, we would rent from them again in a heartbeat!!!!

This was a great house for our large family of 22. The house looked exactly like the pictures.Each family had a private bedroom with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen/dining/tv area was large, open and spacious for family games and fun. There was plenty of parking for the six cars in the garage and driveway. The swimming pool was great and the ocean was just a short walk away with a wonderful beach. Outside shower to clean the sand off was helpful. Perfect location to all that the Island had to offer. All basic supplies from kitchen to bedrooms was plenty for our large group. Could have used a couple more kitchen towels. Maintenance responded quickly to repair a malfunctioning refrigerator and broken dryer exhaust hose. We highly recommend this unit for larger families. Had a great dinner cruise on the Star of Harbour Town by the lighthouse. Good bike rental and great golf.

We had a great experience at 6 Iron Clad. The house was perfect for our needs--several families with children. Each bedroom with ATTACHED BATH was HUGE--either 2 queens or 1 king. All had double vanities, walk in closets. No family was stuck in the "tiny twin bedroom". The pool area was very nice and private. The beach path is literally one step from the house, and 6 iron clad is a VERY SHORT walk to the beach. The house's linens and furnishings are typical of a rental, but they were clean and adequate. The patio door knob broke during our stay and someone was there to fix it within a few hours. Owners on vrbo have excellent communication. Island Getaways who is the local property manager was very easy to work with. We will definitely try to stay here again!
