Like new 2024 square feet built in 2005 , walk-in closets, patio, 2-car garage in a quiet neighbor hood on the south hill of Puyallup, Washington. Only an hour to Mount Rainier and an additional 30 minutes to Mount St. Helens. 20 minutes to the Tacoma Dome for concerts and trade shows.
You can visit the Pike Place Market in Seattle or take a two hour drive to Vancouver, British Columbia. Portland, Oregon is two and a half hours to the south. The property is a few minutes from Hiway 512 for access to all major freeways.
Mchord Airforce Base and Fort Lewis are 20-30 minutes away as well. This a great property to visit with a central location in Western Washington. Avoid the Seattle traffic and see the best of the northwest.
You can also visit many wineries in Western Washington and Eastern Washington in a day's drive. Skiing is close by at Crystal Mountain, Mount Rainier, or Snoqualmie Pass.
Our real claim to fame is the annual Puyallup Fair in September of every year. This is the 6th largest fair in the US, bringing in big name entertainers. Next in April is the world renowned Daffodil Parade which goes through Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, and Orting, Washington.
