Our Floridian, top floor, end-of-block condominium is fully furnished and sleeps up to eight. It is situated on an established development with full facilities, and is registered for short-term lets. Infants can be catered for by arrangement.
The condominium is upstairs with its own entrance, full air conditioning, one master bedroom with queen-size bed, and two double-size bedrooms with twin single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and a patio door to the sun deck.
The kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher and has a breakfast bar. The dining table seats six, and there is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. The bed-settee in the lounge provides sleeping facilities for a further two people. There is cable TV, a video recorder, and a stereo music centre. It is a non-smoking condominium.
The community boasts a shared pool (no extra to pay for pool heating), sauna and jacuzzi, barbecue area, tennis courts, and children’s play area. The clubhouse has many facilities including internet access, a video game/game room, fitness room, and snack bar.
Situated on Poinciana Boulevard just off the US 192, all major Orlando theme parks are within easy reach. It is only one hour's drive to the Gulf Coast or Kennedy Space Center. Shops, restaurants, and golf courses close by.

We are Mike & Andrea, we live and work in the UK but we love sunshine which is not guarenteed in the UK even in summer!!!
Why the Owner Chose Royal Palm Bay
We chose Florida because we need sunshine and warmth in the winter months and we certainly don't get that in the UK!!! Also we have grandchildren who love the theme parks. We like to make our holiday home available for rent when we are not able to use it ourselves. When not travelling with grandchildren we appreciate the natural beauty that Florida has to offer, especially the state parks.
