The Unique Benefits of this
Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the wonderful Village of Springdale. We love having the Adult Pool and the Fitness Trail only a two-minute golf cart ride away. Walking or driving the golf cart trail through the Nancy Lopez golf course all the way to the restaurants and shopping centers on Hwy 42 is great fun, too. You'll enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard created to give you a lot of privacy and yet catch a lot of that Florida sunshine.
