Modern Avalon townhouse just three blocks from the beach in the high dunes area of Avalon (346 41st Street). Three floors of indoor and outdoor living space, including major and small appliances, fully-equipped kitchen, two decks and outdoor shower. Virtually everything you need for a relaxing family vacation is here - just bring your own towels, bed linens and beach supplies!
The first floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds), laundry (washer and dryer), full bath, and TV area (with a fold-out twin bed). The second floor has one bedroom (two twin beds), full bath, kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and a deck with outdoor furniture and a natural gas Weber grill. The top floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a full bath. The master bedroom has a private deck with a water view and great sunsets!
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and cable TV jacks. The house comes with five TVs (not guaranteed), two with built-in VCRs, one with a built-in DVD player, plus two standalone DVD players for maximum flexibility. Six beach passes are supplied, and more are available from the Boro on a daily or weekly basis at reasonable cost. The passes are good for all Avalon or Stone Harbor beaches.
The house is available for weekly rentals only during the summer months (May to mid-August). Sorry, we cannot accommodate unrelated group rentals, pets, weekend rentals or off-season rentals.
