Accommodations: Pier Home - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6)

Sanddollar Dr, Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, SC - Oceanside Village, South Carolina We purchased this pier home in 2002 to have a clean place to spend family time at the BEACH! We ask that you keep it clean and undamaged. Our home has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and 19-inch TV with room for a pack-n-play (not provided). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. Max weight on each bunk is 150 pounds. The washer/dryer are in the second bedroom walk-in closet. The clothesline is under the house and clothespins are provided. The kitchen is well appointed. There is a bar with four bar chairs convenient for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The sunroom is off the kitchen, surrounded by windows with a ceiling fan, a sofa, and a rattan rocker with a 19-inch TV/radio and VCR. The living room/dining area is one room adjacent to the kitchen with a denim sofa and chair, coffee table, 27-inch TV, DVD/CD player, and a dining table with four chairs, great for meals or a board game. The screen room is a great place to have your morning coffee and the ONLY place to have a cigarette. We keep two chairs, a side table, and an ashtray here for your convenience. The enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water is located behind the steps and was remodeled in 2004. There is a propane gas grill and a picnic table under the deck. Plus a dining set with an umbrella on the deck to enjoy a meal outside. There's also 2 lounge chairs for soaking up some sun. We ask that you keep our house clean during your stay. We provide the cleaning supplies, as well as dishwasher detergent, liquid dish detergent, and liquid hand soap. We leave a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels for you and ask that you do the same for the next guest. You clean it according to our checkout cleaning checksheet or Departure cleaning service is available at an additional fee. Oceanside Village is a family-oriented community, therefore we rent to families only. Maximum of SIX (6) occupants. NO PETS. We hope you enjoy your next trip to Surfside Beach at our pier home!

Weekly Rental is SUNDAY to SUNDAY.
Check In is 3pm; Check Out is 11am. Add 11% occupancy tax to rental rate.
Jan 01-May 22;Sep 02-Dec 31..$125/night(two-night minimum)...... $700/week.
May 23-Sep 01 ...............$135/night (three-night minimum) .. $800/week.
Refundable Security Deposit $200. Executed Rental Agreement Required.
Departure Cleaning Service (on request) $100.
MAX 6 occupants! Eviction without refund if more than SIX (6) occupants.
NO PETS permitted! Eviction without refund if a pet on premises.
