We purchased this pier home to have a clean place to spend family time at the BEACH! If you do not wish to clean it properly, inquire elsewhere.
We ask that you respect our property and furnishings by keeping it clean and sleeping only on the beds, therefore the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is SIX (6).
Our home has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and 19-inch TV with room for a pack-n-play (not provided). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. Max weight on each bunk is 150 pounds per manufacturer label. The washer/dryer stack unit is in the second bedroom walk-in closet. The clothesline is under the house and clothespins are provided.
The kitchen is well appointed. There is a bar with four bar chairs convenient for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The sunroom is off the kitchen, surrounded by windows with a ceiling fan, a sofa, and a rattan rocker with a 19-inch TV/radio and VCR. The living room/dining area is one room adjacent to the kitchen with a denim sofa and chair, coffee table, 27-inch TV, DVD/CD player, and a dining table with four chairs, great for meals or a board game.
The screen room is a great place to have your morning coffee and the ONLY place to have a cigarette. We keep two chairs, a side table, and an ashtray here for your convenience.
The enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water is located behind the steps.
There is a propane gas grill and a picnic table under the deck. Plus a dining set with an umbrella on the deck to enjoy a meal outside. There's also 2 lounge chairs for soaking up some sun.
We ask that you keep our house clean during your stay. We provide the cleaning supplies, as well as dishwasher detergent, liquid dish detergent, and liquid hand soap. We leave a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels for you and ask that you do the same for the next guest. You clean it according to our checkout cleaning checksheet. The house is inspected by the owner after each departure. Your security deposit is at risk if the house is not cleaned as outlined by our cleaning checksheet!
Oceanside Village is a family-oriented community, therefore we rent to families only. Maximum of SIX (6) occupants. NO PETS.

We are a retired couple with two daughters, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In our adult lifetime, we've owned and operated two businesses, a motorcycle sales/service dealership and a commercial janitorial/maintenance service company.
Why the Owner Chose Oceanside Village
We love to visit Myrtle Beach for shopping. Oceanside Village is south of Myrtle Beach, from here you have access to the great Myrtle Beach shopping without the crowds or noise. Murrell's Inlet is a short drive south and has very interesting dining options. We enjoy quiet enjoyment at Oceanside Village.
The Unique Benefits of this House
When we stay at our property we are cleaning, painting or performing other maintenance duties. Our pier house is basic, far from luxurious or lavish, it's furnished with durable furniture, no nick nacks and plenty of cooking and dining items. We insist on it being kept clean for everyone's enjoyment.
