  My family of 3 stayed for a week at this fantastic rental. Greg was quick to respond to all my questions when booking and provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to get there from the Honolulu airport. House was exactly as advertised and we were very happy and comfortable there. Very well-stocked with everything we could need and more. We loved the location--easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go on the island. There was a flash flood warning for the area while we were there and when I emailed Greg to see if we should be concerned, he called me immediately and explained what was going on. I felt much better with the information he gave me and appreciated his taking my concerns seriously. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience and hope to return.

  The condo was a perfect fit for our vacation. To be literally steps from the beach, it was relaxing and beautiful. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was huge and we saved money and time just eating in, leaving more time for site seeing and enjoying the beach. The outdoor shower was helpful in keeping sand out of the house. The backyard was fun for picnicking and sorting through our beach combing treasures. I would love to go back, the sooner the better:)

  This property was very clean and spacy. Just love the spacious kitchen with everything you would need if you decide t to make your own meals, however there are lots of places nearby with delicious Hawaii Food. Please do not count calories while you are there :) Beach is within walking distance. Agent was available if there is a need.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our family, 2 adults & 4 children stayed in this house. The kitchen is huge, the washing/drying machines super helpful, 2 futon couches worked well for our 2 smaller children, fans everywhere to help keep things cool, the bathroom stocked well with beach & shower towels. The beach access is incredible!!! I liked that there is a large wooden gate that encloses the house & keeps things more private. The outside shower is helpful! Very well-taken care of rental!! Greg was very detailed in his requirements & description regarding the house. He returns emails quickly. I would recommend staying here. Thanks Greg

  We had two couples staying in this place the rooms are big enough and just far enough away from each other that you have privacy, There is everything that you could possably need plus more. I will definetly stay here again and i would recomend this to anybody. If you like out of the tourist trap areas this is the place.

  Considering that my wife and I have visited Oahu three times over the last year we were looking for an out of the way large rental that we could have the luxuries of home and we found it here. Now this rental would sleep 6 comfortably, we came with just the two of us and found it very affordable. We spent alot of time at the rental lounging out in the beautiful yard and cooking great meals in the marvelous HUGE kitchen. (Just like home). At the same time being able to drive into Honolulu to take in a few sights and get right out to not have to bear the chaos. This place is a 5 minute walk to everything you need and a short drive to everything you want. We got to experience a "Tsunami Warning" and Greg was right on the phone to us making sure we were okay and guiding us through it. We got to see the community come together helping out visitors and making sure everyone was safe. We also got to experience the first swell and Sunset Beach was the place to be (15 min. ride) 18-20 foot swells swallowing surfers with Poseidon's wrath. All in all it turned out to be a great 10 day stay in Laie to be followed by a delayed trip home due to Hurricane Sandy here at home we got stuck in San Fransisco for 3 nights and I sure can think of worse places to be stuck. If your looking for Hawaii style, Hawaii Greg is your man and the Hale Beach rental is the place to be.

  Our family really enjoyed the Beach Hale - - We liked it so well that when we made our second trip as a family we decided to stay at the Beach Hale again. We love the kitchen, the short walk to the beach. It has a great beach for small children and those that don't like the ocean rough. We enjoyed using the beach toys and boogie boards. Snorkeling at the beach was fun too. You know it's a good beach when the locals bring their children to play in the warm pool of water that is created by the reef. The Hale is well stocked, clean and very comfortable to be in. One downside is that there is only one bathroom. Having the outdoor shower is very helpful. It is so nice to shower off all the sand before coming into the house. Being situated right next to the busy highway isn't fun, but if you are gone all day the noise won't matter. Then you will come back to a nice place to stay for a great price. The yard and landscaping is beautiful. We enjoyed the large tables on the lani for our BBQs and playing games. It is always fun to check out what gekos are out and about. I would recommend this house to anyone. In fact , we recommended it to friends for their trip to Hawaii - - they loved it. One of the places we enjoy eating while in the area is the Kahuku Grill. We love their Cowboy burger and the Cocoanut shrimp. Ohhh yummy! You won't be far from the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU and the LDS Temple for things to see and do. If you want more ideas Greg is great about helping with questions and things you need. Thanks Greg -- maybe we'll make a 5th trip some day.

  The property was beyond our expectations and perfect for our stay on the quieter side of Oahu, which we love. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a big bonus, as well as the big kitchen and absolutely lovely yard. So close to the beaches, PCC, and North Shore. We have already recommended the property to friends coming in the near future. We really enjoyed Papa Ole's, the shrimp trucks, and Ted's. We also enjoyed snorkeling in Shark's Cove and Turtle Bay as well as just playing on the beach just steps away from the hale. Greg showed us his other rentals at the same place and they look just as wonderful. Thank you Greg and Cindy; we will definitely be staying there again.

  Our family very much enjoyed staying here during our vacation. Greg and Cindy met us at the rental when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen appliances, bathroom toiletries, to laundry detergent. The house was well-kept and was plenty big. Our family loved cooking in the large kitchen. If you are looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of Wakkiki, have private access to a secluded beach, and to have a relaxing vacation, this is the rental for you.
