A beautiful stretch of beach is only 100 yards away at the end of the lane. - Laie Rental Vacation You found it! Remodeled in 2005, a 1100 square foot two bedroom vacation rental that is super nice and clean. The perfect place to relax, located on the southern borber of Laie. The two bedrooms are air conditioned and have comfortable king-size beds and cable tv's. Two full size futon couches in the living room make room for four more guests or children. The brand-new and very large kitchen is a wonderful place to prepare meals or barbecue outside and enjoy the 300 square foot covered lanai and fully-fenced yard. A dishwasher makes clean up easy. Walk a few houses to the end of the lane(legal beach access), about 100 yards, and you will find a pristine, uncrowded, sandy mile long stretch of beach. Nearby are shopping centers, restaurants, the LDS Temple, Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch, where several movies have been filmed, including Mighty Joe Young, Jurassic Park, Wind Talkers and now Lost! World-famous North Shore surf spots are just 20 minutes away. Keep in touch with the rest of the world with a private phone line, fax machine, and wireless high speed internet access.

Holidays/Summer rates slightly higher, Sleeps up to 8 people max.
Add 11.96% Tax and a one time $80 Cleaning Fee. Parking for two cars max.
Cancellation Policy- A full refund will be given if more than 45 days
notice is given prior to expected arrival. If 45 days or less notice is
given from expected arrival, only days that can be re-booked will be
refunded. A $400 refundable security deposit is collected and will be refunded
within 14 days of checkout as long as nothing is missing, damaged or broken.
