Location: Laie, North Oahu, Oahu, Hawaii, USA (An hour from the airport, on the Southern Border of Laie)

Accommodations:  House, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)

Located on the southern border of Laie, and renovated in 2005, this 600 square foot upstairs vacation rental unit has a nice view of the surrounding area from the ocean to the mountains. The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a full size futon couch/bed in the living room. A cozy kitchen means you do not have to go out for every meal. A gas barbecue grill with side burner on the oversized 375 square foot deck is another nice place to cook and eat.

This rental is just 100 yards from a mile long sandy beach (legal beach access is at the end of the lane). It is a perfect place to walk, swim, or snorkel. The Polynesian Cultural Center (with its luau dinners and hula shows) is just a few minutes away. The Turtle Bay Hilton is just 15 minutes north and offers a fabulous Sunday brunch and golfing. A little further up the road are the famous North Shore surfing beaches and Haleiwa Town with all it's shopping and resturants.

  • We stayed in the Beach Lane Condo for five nights and found it very accomodating. Right away we noticed how clean and well kept it was. Greg has added some nice touches like: washer-dryer, snorkeling gear and even bouggie boards. The kitchen was well supplied and there was even a BBQ on the balcony for our use. We would rent again from Greg if we return to the North Shore!

  • This is the second time that we have stayed at this rental, and it is the best way to truly enjoy the North Shore. Everything you need to relax is available and the location is perfect, right near a grocery store, many local diners, and you can see the beach from the deck. I would encourage anyone looking to stay on the North side of Oahu to make reservations here. Greg is incredibly helpful and the property is second to none. Angela and Andy Seto

  • We had a great time staying at the Beach Lane View house. It was clean and well stocked. Gregg was great a great host. We enjoyed the deck at sunset and the beach being so close. We stayed for only 3 days, but could have stayed a lot longer.

  • I rented the Beach Lane View from November 20, 2007 to December 17, 2007. My month in Laie was relaxing, and very nice. The Beach Lane View is fabulous! I could not have asked for anything better! So many great conveniences and details! Very comfortable and clean and close to the beach. I loved every minute of it. The grounds around the property are beautiful, landscaped and peaceful. I loved the outdoor shower and the washer and dryer too! Thank you Greg for such a well kept rental. My stay was awesome!   • Comment Text: My 17 & 15 year old daughters and I stayed at Greg’s Beach View property in Laie, from December 25, 07 thru Jan. 2, 08. I was wary of booking this place and in an area I had no idea about, but I took my changes and hoped for the best. I was very pleasantly surprised to say the least and so were my two very opinionated teenage daughters! The photos on line do not do this little house justice! It was bigger than I thought and so very nice, clean and had just about everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was great! The outside shower was perfect, boogie boards, towels, crock-pot, rice cooker, etc., Greg has thought of just about everything. The weather wasn’t great when we were there, but we did get one night of no rain and were able to use the BBQ, I am sure the sunrises are great too, weather permitting. I have told everyone about this place. We also got to go inside the house below the Beach View property and it was super too!! Bigger than the View, so we are thinking of renting that place and the View and maybe even the Cottage with some of our family one time! I can only say good things about Greg’s properties! Thank you!   • Greg, Beach Lane View was a wonderful place to stay. The sunrises were awesome, the area quiet, and access to the North Shore, fantastic. We ventured to Honolulu and were glad we chose to stay on the windward side of the island. Thanks agian for your hospitality. The apartment was very clean and well furnished.
