You'll discover this quiet beach a 100 yards away at the end of the lane. - Laie, Oahu, Hawaii Vacation Home Located on the southern border of Laie, and renovated in 2005, this 600 square foot upstairs vacation rental unit has a nice view of the surrounding area from the ocean to the mountains. The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a full size futon couch/bed in the living room. A cozy kitchen means you do not have to go out for every meal. A gas barbecue grill with side burner on the oversized 375 square foot deck is another nice place to cook and eat. This rental is just 100 yards from a mile long sandy beach (legal beach access is at the end of the lane). It is a perfect place to walk, swim, or snorkel. The Polynesian Cultural Center (with its luau dinners and hula shows) is just a few minutes away. The Turtle Bay Hilton is just 15 minutes north and offers a fabulous Sunday brunch and golfing. A little further up the road are the famous North Shore surfing beaches and Haleiwa Town with all it's shopping and resturants.

$2550/Mth, $735/Wk, nightly rate varies, double occupancy, 4 guests is maximum
$10 extra/guest/night. Holidays/Summer rates slightly higher
Add 11.96% Tax & a one-time $80 Cleaning Fee. Cancellation Policy- A full refund
is given if notice of cancellation is received by more than 45 days
of expected arrival. If notice is received, 45 days or less, of expected arrival,
a refund is only given on those reserved dates that can be re-booked.
A $200 refundable security deposit is collected and refunded if nothing is missing
damaged, or broken. Refund will be sent out within 14 days of your checkout.
