This NEWLY RENNOVATED one bedroom/one bath villa has a BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the ocean and with a few steps-- your on the sand! This villa offers a queen-size bed in the bedroom, built-in bunk beds in the hall, and a BRAND NEW queen-size delux sofa SLEEPER. You have everything you need for a wonderful vacation at your fingertips! NEW TV installed in the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen ware, linens are provided; there is also a TV and VCR in the living room. We have JUST RENNOVATED this year with CERAMIC TILED floors throughout, granite countertops and stainless hardware in kitchen and bathroom, new bedding, new designer coffee table with stone top, new ceiling fans, new artwork, new shower curtin, new paint in bathroom, new vanity lighting in bathroom, new deluxe sleeper couch, new TV armoire in living room, as well as some new décor.

We are also having it painted by this year. throughout. Fresh Paint! We actually own 3 Oceanfront Villas in Seaside Villas. They are all in the top 1/3 portion of the building which is where you get the BEST view of the ocean from your villa. So- if you have a group trip we can accomadate you!

For those of you not familiar with Hilton Head Island, the location of this Seaside Villas Condominium on South Forest Beach is one of the best on the island! You can walk to Coligny Plaza with its many restaurants and shops, bike rentals, Waterfun Park, and walk, run, or bike. For you golfers, there are many golf packages available for our many golf courses.

There are numerous tennis courts. The island has over 200 restaurants. And do not forget one of our most popular sports..."shopping." There are many interesting shops and boutiques on the island and just three miles off the island are two outlet centers.

For day trips, we are a great central location. Savannah is just an hour away by car, with it, interesting Historic district, and fun riverfront walk. Beaufort is also just an hour away with its charming downtown on the river. Go for lunch, sit on a patio and look at the intercostal.

The washer and dryers are three doors down from this villa. Our complex has elevators to each floor. (Several complexes on the island do not have elevators.) This is a Non-Smoking unit. The complex does not allow pets. There is also covered parking and a security gate.

Hurry!! Our Villa on a budget books up fast! Food: The Sea Shack has great casual fresh seafood! Steamers(in Coligny Plaza) has live entertainment and great seafood nightly! Aunt Chiladas has a great happy hour(Crab Legs). The Big Bamboo is a very low key/cozy casual bar. Also the Plantation Deli/Cafe is excellent for Breakfast...as long as you dont mind the slowest service on the island.:)
