Our three bedroom (3 Queen size beds), two bath home is a block from Kailua beach and the Kalapawai market. A 10 minute walk to Buzz's restaurant, 15 minute walk to downtown or to the free community recreation center with pool, tennis courts, and basketball. Rent your kayak, bikes or sailboard or get shave ice at the mall half a block away.
Our home is decorated in Hawaiian style, with original art, plants, wireless DSL internet access and a printer/fax. A DVD player is built in to the TV in the living room and the master bedroom has it's own TV with Cable. Each bedroom as an air conditioner. An extra large lot means lots of room to play when you are not at the beach.

Our standard rate is: $325/night
High Season (Jun./Jul./Aug./Sep. months) = $350/night
Holiday Season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) = $350/night
Hawaii Taxes = 12.5%
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $195.
A deposit of 50% of the total rent due is required to
