Puamana townhome description
You will love our beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with the Pacific Ocean and beautiful palm trees right outside your back door. Enjoy spectacular ocean and Maui mountain views from nearly everywhere in the house, and a beautiful sandy beach just a quick walk from your lanai. It is walking distance to downtown Lahaina, or use one of the 4 bikes we make available to our guests.
Sit outside and enjoy the view and ocean breezes from either the downstairs lanai, the beautiful upstairs deck off the master bedroom or from your own hammock. The views are spectacular.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom facing the ocean, a queen bed in the second bedroom on the mountain side, and a third bedroom with views of the ocean and mountains with a king bed and a twin bed. (The king can be converted to two twin beds, for a total of three twin beds in the upstairs bedroom.) There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor.
The beautiful butcher block table in the large gourmet kitchen makes a perfect and inviting gathering place for friends and family. You will find all the comforts of home here.
If you have never been to Puamana, you will want to return year after year as we did. Puamana is a beautiful, gated oceanfront community on 30 acres of lovingly maintained tropical grounds. There are three swimming pools (including one right on the ocean), tennis and badminton courts, a restored plantation home/club house, and large grassy open spaces overlooking the ocean, with hammocks for lounging in the sun. And Puamana is a well-known surf spot that residents can access right from the property!
Great shopping, souvenir collecting and outdoor activities are all nearby. Being so close to downtown Lahaina and so many great beaches and activities is of particular interest to many of our guests.
Maui weather is generally nice all year round, and Lahaina is known as the 'sunniest' part of the island. And because Puamana is on the west shore, the sunsets are spectacular!
Whether you come to Maui and Puamana for their beauty and serenity, or for all the wonders and activities they have to offer, you won't be disappointed. Feel free to email for more information or to check availability. We look forward to your stay. Mahalo.

Absolutely wonderful place
Absolutely wonderful place
My family and I rented the condo for my Dads 70th birthday and it was perfect. We had the top bedroom and kept the window open every night so we could listen to the waves because we were so close to the Ocean. One of our favorite activities was laying in the hammock too. We also enjoyed using the bikes which we road often in Lahaina. We went into town and rented stand up paddleboards and brought them back to the condo so we could take them onto the beach everyday. Being able to access the beach without having to drive anywhere, was great! We loved this place so much, we are coming back next year.

This beats any condo we've stayed in on Maui in the last 25 years. It's in an immaculately landscaped gated community and there were very few people milling about anywhere. Snorkeling was right in the front yard! Three story condo completely stocked and immaculately clean. We liked the bicycles especially. We biked all over Lahaina and it gave us that special sense of belonging that only biking can. And the island in the kitchen! We unpacked 10 grocery bags on it and there was still room to dance! Iz's CD with wonderful world on it was in the CD player. It was a wink from the Almighty! Thanks so much, we will be back.

As beautiful as it looks
As beautiful as it looks
We spent five days here and could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing--the beach REALLY is right outside the back door. I got up every morning and walked the beach before breakfast and then made coffee and sat out on the lanai, watching the tide. We cooked dinner on the grill every night and watched the sunset, even though Jacqueline left some excellent recommendations for restaurants. There's plenty of room for a family plus friends, and it's very, very nice. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. I couldn't believe the photos until we got there--it's even better in person. We're thinking about going back again next summer if it's not booked up. One of our best vacations ever.

We loved being able to spend time with our family and benefit from a slower pace of life! This is a direct ocean front townhome. Lying in the hammock was a delight and so relaxing. We loved watching the grandchildren enjoy the beach and lush surrounding grounds in this gated community. It was quiet and serene. Our "Grands" loved seeing the next door resident kitty cat each morning. Our stay in the home was in mid March. Star gazing from the upper lanai was amazing, we felt as if we could reach out and touch them. Seeing cruise ships in the harbor was a treat as well Listening to the sound of the waves was fabulous. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The home is comfortably appointed with high end furnishings. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The art work displayed throughout was beautiful and added to the tropical experience. There were ample linnens including plenty of beach towells for our use. Jacqueline welcomed us to their home and was responsive to us during our stay. The home is usually fully booked and this does not allow time for the cleaners to do the job that is required (my opinion) while clean on the surface we did notice plenty of overlooked cleaning opportunities: baseboards, fingerprints, fan blades, area rugs, walls, picture frames, upstairs carpet etc. I did make the homeowner aware of this and she was open and responsive. They do have scheduled monthly pest control but we did notice roaches both large and small. Again, Jacqueline was responsive and determined to rectify the problem. I would recomment this beautiful oceanfront property to anyone who wants to experience a wonderful home on the most beautiful island.....MAUI!!!

My family and I just returned from a heavenly week in this town house. It is very comfortable with all the amenities needed (cookware, extra fridge, porta crib, high chair, plenty of towels, washer and dryer, water goodies and more). The house is very tastefully decorated and literally 20 feet from the ocean!!! It must be a popular spot for surfing and paddle boarding, as there was always people right outside. We even had a resident turtle that greeted us every morning. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the ocean balcony or in the hammock. The ocean pool was really nice and very quiet. We stayed at the kid friendly pool most of the time which was nice too. It was about a 20 minutes walk into Laihina downtown. Hope to return next year!

Went with a group of 6 Adults, all in the 40's. We couldn't have asked for something more incredible. The condo is spacious enough so that we had plenty of room for all 6 of us. This condo is ocean front so we would get up in the morning, sit outside every morning, drink our coffee, listen to the waves and watch the turtles. We rented paddle boards and used them later in the afternoon. With this being oceanfront, we'd rinse off the boards, put them on the patio, then go and do whatever we were going to do for the day. No worries about leaving things out unattended. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all of good size. The washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful, although you may not want to do laundry while on vacation, it was something we did use. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of cooking essentials. The condo is air conditioned, which works really well. This condo is comfortable enough to live in full time without any reservation. It will accommodate a family or parents getting together for a vacation without the kids. We relaxed, ate, snorkeled, paddle boarded, sun bathed, watch TV,BBQ'd, took naps and shopped in Lahaina. It was an incredible trip that we plan to do again in this same condo. Would I recommend to a friend? Without question, YES.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: My husband and I grew up in the Midwest, but we have always loved water, especially the ocean. Ever since our honeymoon in Maui, we found ourselves drawn back to this beautiful island as often as possible.
Why the Owner Chose Puamana:
With three boys in tow, we explored the island and stayed at many different resorts and townhomes through the years -- in Kihea, Kahana, Kaanapali, Wailea and Kapalua, but we knew we found our home when we chanced upon the breathtakingly beautiful Puamana development in Lahaina. We all fell in love. We found ourselves coming back year after year, so one year we decided to invest in our own Maui Beach Home.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We hope you allow us to share our home with you -- we will toss in the sunsets in the hammock, the surfing right off the lanai, the stargazing from the master bedroom lanai, and all the beauty and serenity that Maui has to offer. David and Jacqueline Marcus, Santa Rosa, CA
