You will love our beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with the Pacific Ocean and beautiful palm trees right outside your back door. Enjoy spectacular ocean and Maui mountain views from nearly everywhere in the house, and a beautiful sandy beach just a quick walk from your lanai. It is walking distance to downtown Lahaina, or use one of the 4 bikes we make available to our guests.
Sit outside and enjoy the view and ocean breezes from either the downstairs lanai,the beautiful upstairs deck off the master bedroom or from your own hammock. The views are spectacular.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom facing the ocean, a queen bed in the second bedroom on the mountain side, and a third bedroom with views of the ocean and mountains with a king bed and a twin bed. (The king can be converted to two twin beds, for a total of three twin beds in the upstairs bedroom.) There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor.
The beautiful butcher block table in the large gourmet kitchen makes a perfect and inviting gathering place for friends and family. You will find all the comforts of home here.
If you have never been to Puamana, you will want to return year after year as we did. Puamana is a beautiful, gated oceanfront community on 30 acres of lovingly maintained tropical grounds. There are three swimming pools (including one right on the ocean), tennis and badminton courts, a restored plantation home/club house, and large grassy open spaces overlooking the ocean, with hammocks for lounging in the sun. And Puamana is a well-known surf spot that residents can access right from the property!
Great shopping, souvenir collecting and outdoor activities are all nearby. Being so close to downtown Lahaina and so many great beaches and activities is of particular interest to many of our guests.
Maui weather is generally nice all year round, and Lahaina is known as the "sunniest" part of the island. And because Puamana is on the west shore, the sunsets are spectacular!

Why the Owner Chose Puamana
With three boys in tow, we explored the island and stayed at many different resorts and townhomes through the years -- in Kihea, Kahana, Kaanapali, Wailea and Kapalua, but we knew we found our home when we chanced upon the breathtakingly beautiful Puamana development in Lahaina. We all fell in love. We found ourselves coming back year after year, so one year we decided to invest in our own Maui Beach Home.

My family and I just returned from a heavenly week in this town house. It is very comfortable with all the amenities needed (cookware, extra fridge, porta crib, high chair, plenty of towels, washer and dryer, water goodies and more). The house is very tastefully decorated and literally 20 feet from the ocean!!! It must be a popular spot for surfing and paddle boarding, as there was always people right outside. We even had a resident turtle that greeted us every morning. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the ocean balcony or in the hammock. The ocean pool was really nice and very quiet. We stayed at the kid friendly pool most of the time which was nice too. It was about a 20 minutes walk into Laihina downtown. Hope to return next year!

Went with a group of 6 Adults, all in the 40's. We couldn't have asked for something more incredible. The condo is spacious enough so that we had plenty of room for all 6 of us. This condo is ocean front so we would get up in the morning, sit outside every morning, drink our coffee, listen to the waves and watch the turtles. We rented paddle boards and used them later in the afternoon. With this being oceanfront, we'd rinse off the boards, put them on the patio, then go and do whatever we were going to do for the day. No worries about leaving things out unattended. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all of good size. The washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful, although you may not want to do laundry while on vacation, it was something we did use. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of cooking essentials. The condo is air conditioned, which works really well. This condo is comfortable enough to live in full time without any reservation. It will accommodate a family or parents getting together for a vacation without the kids. We relaxed, ate, snorkeled, paddle boarded, sun bathed, watch TV,BBQ'd, took naps and shopped in Lahaina. It was an incredible trip that we plan to do again in this same condo. Would I recommend to a friend? Without question, YES.
