We rented this unit for 3 months, as snowbirds. We are very comfortable and happy here. The unit was exceptionally clean. The balcony to the unit is very large and the view of the ocean is great. I can also see the ocean from the livingroom. This has been the best equipped kitchen of any units we have stayed. The Storeys seem to make sure we had what we needed upon arrival. Beth and Brian are excellent people to deal with in renting. The location is close to markets, shows, hospital and shopping. For Golfers there are several golf courses nearby. I don't want to forget those that like to eat. Restaurant Row is l mile from Sands Ocean Club. Sands Ocean also features a lounge and cafe, and Ocean Annies beach bar. Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
