Rub shoulders with movie stars as you brunch at one of the many delightful restaurants found within walking distance from the beach.
Upstairs, there is a large master suite with a private bathroom. Enjoy a good night's sleep in its comfortable king size bed, or take a nap on its cozy day bed that has a very comfortable trundle bed . The huge sundeck off the master suite is ideal for "alfresco" dining, sunbathing, and watching the sunset as you sip a margarita or a glass of wine. Downstairs, the bedrooms share a charming colonial style bathroom. One guestroom with its queen-size bed is a romantic retreat with its own private deck and garden view. The children or another couple can share a room with a unique bunk bed that comfortably sleeps 3 (2 in the lower full size mattress and 1 on the upper twin). The kitchen has lots of counter space and a breakfast bar. The dining area has a deck, ideal for morning coffee or an afternoon hors d'oeuvre. Cozy up near the fireplace as you watch your favorite movies on a flat screen TV. The large natural rock, two level patio with tropical landscaping is perfect for outside dining.

&We had a lovely time in this wonderful home. The energy is delicious - the views are great - the rooms are so cozy and inviting. Wonderful linens. Home is tastefully decorated. Tiles are fabulous!!! Excellent area to get together with family and eat and celebrate. Great kitchen, all supplies to have a wonderful vacation are provided for the ultimate Malibu experience. Beautiful landscaping and flowers, very intimate and sensual as well. So happy that we found this listing and were blessed with the opportunity to rent this house. We are so grateful. As one begins the windy drive to this diamond there is a great energy. The home is landscaped to perfection with special touches throughout that surprise you and fits into the natural habitat of the Malibu Canyon. The interior you feel immediate warmth and comfort. It is exquisitely decorated and oh so lush. Extremely comfortable from the couches to the bed you crawl into at night for a great sleep. The linens are silky soft and the towels fluffy and big. I found it to be a place during our stay I didn't want to leave...was very content to relax both inside and out. The view is amazing and everything smells so good. The kitchen is great, everything one needs and more! I loved cooking my favorite dishes! I live in Seattle and I have stayed here every year either with just my boys or a reunion with high school girlfriends. Thank you Tricia and Paul for putting your heart and soul into this magnificent and cozy home. Love it!!!

We loved this house! Loved the area, the views, the windy road - everything. There was lots of oohing when we entered and I was very relieved since it was my choice. We were 2 couples and a 3 year old, and it suited us perfectly. It's not on the beach but close enough and the views from up the hill are amazing. The decor is very tasteful and the beds very comfy. The garage has some beach chairs and toys which was nice. owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks a lot for a great experience.

I loved this place! It had everything I needed. I left the house once to go to the beach and that was it! The side patio was a wonderful place to pull out magazines and lay out on the lounge chairs. The deck outside the master bedroom upstairs was ideal for having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The space was so efficient but there were no sacrifices made with the style and cleanliness in doing so. Great for couples, families or even a girls getaway! I still have such great memories of this house. Thank you for helping make my 30th a memorable experience! -Kace

My family rented this house recently and we were just thrilled with our accomodations. The property was meticulous and the atmosphere homey and family oriented with lots of dishes and things for entertaining. Just lovely. And the owners couldn't have been nicer to deal with setting everything up. It was near enough to everything and far enough away at the same time.

An outstanding home! Our family -- including 6- month-old Dylan -- spent a wonderful five days here, enjoying all the views and amenities. The owners were very helpful, answering any question we had. We hiked, went to the beaches, and enjoyed cooking seafood on the grill. All in all, an idyllic vacation. Highly recommended.
