Salt Pond Golf Club with Community Center and Pro Shop.
Our newly furnished home is located in a golf community which is built around a 18-hole par 61 course and is less than one mile from the beach. Enjoy Salt Pond's amenities for a fun golf getaway or a week at the beach. There are plenty of activities for the whole family. The community center provides outdoor and indoor swimming pools, well-equipped fitness rooms, tennis, basketball, and sandlot volleyball. There is a launching area for small boats to enjoy fishing on the Salt Pond.
Please families or couples only. No groups. No smoking and no pets. The check-in is Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals. Only weekly rentals from June through August.
Entertain in the living room which includes fireplace, high definition TV and DVD/VCR player. The first floor bedroom master suite doubles with the living room as a comfortable entertainment area (one of the two sofas is a queen sleeper with a heavenly comfortable air mattress). This suite also has a TV/DVD/VCR and a sunroom that overlooks the expansive garden in the backyard. There are plenty of books for your vacation reading pleasure, a video collection and board games. If you go through the sunroom or dining room you can reach the back deck for a hearty breakfast or cocktails on the deck while cooking your family favorite dinners on the gas grill.
There are four bedrooms upstairs with three being masters. The three master bedrooms have queen beds and cable TVs with DVD players and two have jetted tubs and one of these bedrooms has a large deck off of the room. The other master bedroom has a bedroom off of it with two full beds. There is also an outside shower out back. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for more flexible sleeping arrangements.
Our home is filled with many upgrades which include an upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, attention to detail like chair railings, crown molding and ceiling fans.
Bethany Beach is named the "Quiet Resort" and has a family atmosphere. Ocean City is just 10 minutes south of Bethany Beach. There are amusement parks, many great restaurants and nightclubs, and back bay activities. Rehobeth Beach is 10 minutes to the north and offers discount malls, more great restaurants, and tree lined streets with mature neighborhoods.

Wonderful vacation rental

We have stayed at this beautiful beach house twice now. The house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and spacious. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is terrific and the near by grocery store is great. Salt Pond has a beautiful golf course, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, and is lovely for walking and running. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for a great family beach vacation.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

The house was exactly as advertised. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party and the house and accommodations were exactly what we needed. The owner provided prompt and reliable information and I would recommend this rental to all families.
