Photo 1 - Garrison, Minnesota Rental Our townhome is ideally located at beautiful Izaty's Resort, which is a full service resort including 36 holes of championship golf, large swimming pool and jacuzzi, restaurant, meeting rooms, hotel, marina with gas and bait shop, launching area, and over 100 slips for docking your boat. There is a large parking area next to the marina for boat trailers. Fishing launches are offered daily, and boat and jet ski rentals are available. There is fishing guide service, and we can recommend good guides. You will note that renting the same townhome through the resort is much more expensive than renting from us privately. Our living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs look out the back to the lake which is just 50 feet away. The master bedroom upstairs has a deck looking out at the same view. There is a large cement patio off the living room with patio furniture and BBQ. Our front door opens to the marina which is also 50 feet away, and many people catch fish in the marina. Our lake is famous for our walleyed pike, and muskie fishing, and they also have a national windsurfing competition every September, racing across the 22 mile diameter lake. During the winter, ice fishing houses are available to rent from the resort, and we have many miles of snowmobile trails. They have an annual "Arctic Blast" ice fishing and winter celebration at our resort, with members of the Minnesota Vikings and other celebrities. During the summer there are large fishing competitions for both walleyes and muskies. Sailboats can be accommodated in our marina, as well as fishing boats, and pontoons. Regular fishing boats and pontoons are available to rent. We are only 20 minutes from Millelacs Grand Casino, with big name entertainment on many weekends. A beautiful Indian Museum is located across the highway from the casino. It features a four season look at the life of the Ojibwe Band many years ago, plus many displays of their culture. It is a two million dollar building and very popular place to visit. We are located 90 miles north of the Minneapolis area, with the popular Mall of America, and Minneapolis Airport nearby. Many interesting gift shops abound in the area.

Security deposit $200 for short stays, $300 or more for extended stays.
There is a $20 dollar fee for boat launching in the marina, payable at the pay
station, located at the launch ramp.
