Our townhome is ideally located at beautiful Izaty's Resort. The resort is undergoing an ownership change and some activities may still be adjusting to this change. At present, only one golf course is operating (Black Brook), but the pool, Club 19, and Walleye World bait shop and boat rental are all operating. You still have access to a large, inland marina with a spacious parking area for boat trailers. Some of the best walleye and muskie fishing is from 1 October through 15 November.
There are local fishing launches offered. In winter, there is close access to fish house and snowmobile rentals. The area is close to the Soo Line Trail.
Our living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs have a dyamic view of Mighty Lake Mille Lacs, which is just 50 feet away. The master bedroom upstairs has a deck looking out at the same view. There is a large cement patio off the living room with patio furniture and BBQ. Our front door opens to the marina which is also 50 feet away, and many people catch fish in the marina off a peninsula and public dockage.
Our lake is famous for our walleye and muskie fishing in summer and ice fishing in winter. The Crossing is a National windsurfing competition held the third weekend every September, racing across the 22 mile diameter lake. A february annual "Arctic Blast" ice fishing and winter celebration is hosted around the lake and has a stop a BayView, a local bar, with members of the Minnesota Vikings and other celebrities.
During the summer there are large fishing competitions for both walleyes and muskies. Sailboats can be accommodated in our marina, as well as fishing boats, and pontoons.
We are only 20 minutes from Mille Lacs Grand Casino, with big name entertainment on many weekends. A beautiful Indian Museum is located across the highway from the casino. It features a four-season look at the life of the Ojibwe Band's history and culture. It is a two million dollar building and very popular place to visit. We are located 90 miles north of the Minneapolis area, with the popular Mall of America, and Minneapolis Airport nearby. Many interesting gift shops abound in the area.

We took our two teenagers and two elderly parents here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The whole back side of the townhouse is sliding glass doors which overlook Mille Lacs Lake. We were able to swim right from the property. The sunsets were gorgeous! The townhome is much larger than what is portrayed in the pictures online. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen and a grill to cook on. The property is very well maintained and we would recommend this for a great vacation.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We just returned from a fabulous long weekend at this condo. You will be surprised when you get up there. Everything was perfect. The condo is huge and the kitchen is wonderful. The lake is very close and the sunsets were beautiful. Izaty's resort is well kept up and lots to do. I will definetly rent this again.

What an outstanding lake retreat the place is awsome, the pictures do not do it justice, very spacious with every amentity you could want for a great vacation, the fishing was fabulous our group caught 2 trophy walleys in less than 24 hour period, we would highly recommend for any family looking for a great lake vacation, we will deffinately rent again!!!

This place is fabulous -- very spacious. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils/dishes/serving & baking items for cooking meals. Our kids had a great time. Very clean and comfy!
