Situated 1400 feet from the beach on a slight ridge, the third floor with its deck and screened-in porch provides a wonderful view of the Banks to the north and for listening to the breaking of the ocean waves to the east. Third floor also offers the family room, kitchen, table seating for 14, king-size master with jetted tub.

Second floor offers one queen-size master, one queen, and one room with two sets of bunks, one additional full bath. Also, the six-person hot tub and porch swing are located on the wraparound deck. First floor is home to the recreation room with small refrigerator, pool table, queen-size sleep sofa, sliding doors to the pool area and barbecue, and a pyramid room. Additional twin mattress under pyramid bed.
