The front of the home has a large covered porch with rocking chairs for relaxing in the breeze. Passing through the fully-equipped kitchen you can go out onto the covered and screened back porch. There is a BRAND-NEW HEATED (additional charge for pool heat*) POOL WITH INTEGRATED HOT TUB. The pool area is fenced in for maximum privacy. There is a path to the beach leading from the back yard. Hilton Head is famous for its wide, pristine beaches. Access is right behind your home!
The pristine Sea Pines Resort is cannot miss for any visit to Hilton Head Island. With miles of hiking/biking/walking/running trails and world-class beaches, Sea Pines is a vacationer's delight. The famous South Beach and Harbor Town areas provide for family and adult entertainment, dining, music, the water, and memories. Enjoy the Beach Club at Sea Pines Resort (2 streets over) with its Surfside Grill and Beach Club Bar as well as sand volleyball court. Do not forget to climb to the top of the world-famous Sea Pines Lighthouse for an incredible view of the harbor and island. It would not be a vacation without Sea Pines.
This home has four bedrooms and four full baths. The upstairs master suite has a king-size bed and master bath, and the upstairs guest bedroom has three twins(two as bunks) and a private full bath. One downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other one has two twins. Each has a private full bath.
