This private, newly-built, Farm-style house is tucked away in the North West Wood of East Hampton on a private un paved road. Although it is very secluded, it is conveniently located off Route 114 and about two miles from Sag Harbor and bay beach and approximately five miles from East Hampton and the ocean beaches.
The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. With an open floor plan downstairs, the house is very comfortable to relax in or to entertain. With five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, you can easily sleep nine people. The backyard is extremely private and is complete with a 20 by 40 heated pool, deck, hammock, and an outside shower.
The home is a short bike ride to the bay beach and off road bike paths are located right off of the house. Also the Sag Harbor public nine-hole golf course is few block away - never any waiting. It is truly a great place to spend your summer vacation.
