One of the most beautiful homes on the hills of Dillon Beach with 3,600 square feet of luxurious living space. There are expansive views of the ocean, beach, mountains, and rolling hills. All of the rooms are unusually large. The living room offers a fireplace, 65" HD TV with DVD home theater and can be closed off with pocket doors and heavy drapes to be used as a sixth bedroom. The dining room seats 12 and has great views of the ocean and beach. The kitchen has large island with additional seating gas cook-top and all modern conveniences including gourmet cookware and enough dishes and utensils to serve up to 24 people.
The very large master suite offers a breakfast nook, chaise lounge, large private deck, large Jacuzzi bath tub, steam shower, TV, and DVD player. The master closet is so large that it doubles as a fifth bedroom with daybed and trundle. Three rooms have king-size beds, one room has two daybeds with pop-up trundles making into 2 king beds or 4 twin beds, the master closet also has one of these day beds. The sofa sections combine into larger than a king sized bed making a total of up to seven king-size sleeping surfaces or 10 separate comfortable mattresses. No one has to sleep on a sofa sleeper or futon. Luxurious linens, goose down pillows, and comforters are also provided.
The game room offers billiards, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, darts, several casino games, bar, and TV.
Deer and other wildlife are abundant in the area and can often be viewed from many rooms. There are miles and miles of hiking trails to interesting rock formations and hidden beaches with incredible views every step of the way.
Additional amenities include Home theatre system with DVD/CD changer, four TVs, two VCRs, three DVD players, stainless steel gas barbecue, spa/hot tub, a variety of board games, as well as over 150 movies on DVD and VHS.

High Speed wireless internet access (one of the first homes in Dillon Beach to get it); 65" high definition projection TV; outdoor shower by hot tub; new refrigerator; new dishwasher; new stainless steel gas BBQ, new pool table; new air hockey table; new sliding door for the master bedroom; tank-less water heater so you will never run out of hot water.
There are cleaning services provided upon departure for a fee of $125. There are extra charges for trash and food removal or washing dishes.
Dillon Beach is about 1 1/2 hours north of the San Francisco Airport and about 45 minutes from the Santa Rosa Airport.

Sea Filly - wonderful weekend rental

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at Dillon Beach with a group of friends. We were 10 people, and the house suited us very well --especially the large kitchen where we could cook together and the beautiful large wooden table which seated us all comfortably. In addition, the living room is large, and was perfect for our activities - singing, games and just spending time together. The room locations offer privacy although one "room" we used is actually a very large master closet (empty, but with two beds). It is closed off from the Master bedroom so it is workable, but it is not like having a full bedroom to yourself. On the other hand, there is a wonderful patio outside the master bedroom, and we all enjoyed being up there and watching the sun set over Dillon Beach. The owner nis very easy to work with and very fair. He let us check in early and stay late. After our stay, he notified us that he would immediately send back our full security deposit since we had left the place as we were supposed to. I also let him know of a couple of minor repairs that were needed, and he let me know that there were plans in place to take care of those. The location of this home is high up in Dillon Beach and you can see beautiful views of the coast. It is very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, but there are some steep up and downhills to get there. The house from the front is quite interesting - the windows are in several shapes (squares, rectangles, circle and a half circle). It is attractive, and interesting to view especially at night. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing the architecture of the homes. In contrast, right behind Sea Filly is an old barn, and a line of small bird houses. So along with the spectacular modern architecture of the homes in the neighborhood, there is also a peaceful rural feel in that area of Dillon Beach. We'd go back again.

We really enjoyed staying at your Dillon Beach property. Not only is the house beautiful, but very comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere is extremely relaxing. It was very clean and offers all the comforts of home, with extras. The game room is a lot of fun, you can sit down relax, cook great meals in the beautiful kitchen which is spacious enough for people to hang out, or go for a nice walk with a wonderful view. Makes me wish I had a vacation home on the coast. I highly recommend your place and will do so every chance I get. Well worth it!

We have stayed here a couple of times now and absolutely love it! The place is spectacular and the master suite is amazing! Waking up to those incredible views of the Pacific is not to be missed. Our favorite thing to do is to take a bottle of wine down the trail to the north of the property and sit at the edge of the hillside watching the sun go down over the ocean.

Wow, what a great house! We had 9 adults and 3 children stay at the house for a week. We had plenty of room to move around even with our 4 extra guests that visited during the day. The kitchen is huge with all you need to cook for a large group. We only ate out once, so we prepared plenty of meals and didn't lack anything. The living room has plenty of room for watching tv or just chatting. The views from the living and dining rooms are stunning. The upstairs master suite is a private retreat with a deck overlooking the ocean. The master closet is indeed big enough to use as a bedroom, which we did. The game room offers plenty to do if it rains. We also enjoyed our almost daily visits from the neighborhood deer. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Dillon Beach. You won't be disappointed!

This house is great. I am certain that it is the best house in Dillon Beach. Don't hesitate to rent it, you will be happy with your choice. I am a big snob when it comes to renting places, and then really was nice, nice kitchen and first class accommodations!
