  We had a great time and great weather. Have stayed at the Maui Banyan before so were aware of the great amenities that it had. Friends who had never been to Maui came with us and absolutely loved it. The condo was great with the 2 separate sleeping areas. Enjoyed the pools and the new BBQ's. Fred's was a great place to eat and only a block away. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo. We hope to be back.

  We stayed at the Maui Banyan for 2 weeks in February and had a great time. It has 2 nice lanais with a view of the bird sanctuary instead of the parking lot. The condo is very well equipped, we found everything we needed and then some. It is a great location - with a fantastic icecream parlour within walking distance. Plus the pool/BBQ areas were clean and nice to use.

  We just got back from Val's condo and our stay was wonderful!! Great central location... large,very quiet condo...very clean and extremely well stocked unit. Checking in and out was a breeze, and staff was very helpful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks Val for a great week !! Noreen

  We are in the middle of a six week stay. The condo is the best equipped vacation condo, I have ever stayed in. We have had parents, kids, brother and wife staying with us and we have lacked for nothing. Great Property in location and maintenance. Grill on barby's a couple times a week. Shop grocery store sales and save lots. The unit is extremely well layed out for use by two families and no noise between rooms or units. Highly reccoment

  Had a lovely stay for two weeks in Nov. 2005. Lots of room for two couples, great kitchen, played lots of tennis. Close to the beach, quiet in the evening, no traffic noise.

  Great location!Condo is located right across the street to one of the best beaches in Maui! Spacious bedrooms along with 2 full baths, Valerie was very gracious, our fist time in maui, close to great places to eat, drink and shop! We shopped at Foodland our 1st full day and ate breakfast every morning in the condo, this saved a ton of money for a nice dinner or lunch later in the day!!! We will be back!!!!

  This is a really nice place to stay. It lived up to our expectations and we had a wonderful time. We especially liked the layout of the kitchen -- we love to cook and had plenty of work space and could still carry on conversations while the cooking happened. We also loved using the beautiful gas grills by the pool. I'd also mention that the owners of this condo are really fantastic to communicate with. They love the island and they love their condo, and they go out of their way to make sure visitors feel like welcomed guests.

  This condo was a delightful surprise. We've stayed in others that were equipped with minimal everything; sheets, towels, dishes, pots, flatware. No such thing here. The owners have anticipated every need, right down to TWO stereo systems, and they never mentioned the Japanese-like soaking tub in the master bath. We never used the air conditioners. The ceiling fans stirred the trade winds and we slept with the lanai doors open every night. Lovely furniture, sparkling clean place, and a remarkable value. We'll be back, and we encourage anyone going to Maui to give this place a try. You won't regret it.

  The Banyan was a great condo for several reasons. The beach was just 5 min walk through beautifully well kept tropical grounds. Day trips to other areas of the island are just a short drive from Kihei (except for Hana, which feels like driving to the moon no matter where you started). Grocery stores nearby were convienient for making famly meals which saved a lot from the way high cost of restaraunts there. We looked at a one bedroom condo at the Banyan at an open house there and we were glad we got our 2 bedroom for the extra space needed with our large family (5). Great pools. Owners were helpful and honest. Would stay again.
