Conveniently located near Sunrise Ski Resort, yet close to restaurants and activities in the Pinetop/Show Low area, this 1700-square-foot, split plan, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium is newly furnished and beautifully appointed.
The large master bedroom has a queen-size sleigh bed and an attached bath; the two spacious guest rooms have a queen-size bed in one and two sets of bunk beds in the other. The second bath is between the bedrooms. The great room has vaulted ceilings with log beams, a working gas fireplace, and is furnished with a large TV, FM/CD stereo system, and VHS/DVD player. We even include a large selection of tapes, CDs, and DVDs.
The huge rear deck is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. A gourmet kitchen with an eat-in area seats six and a fully-equipped laundry room is off the kitchen. Everything you need is here, right down to the dishes, knives, forks, and cookware. Just bring your personal items!
The setting in the Pinetop Country Club is quiet and serene, yet close to the varied activities offered in the White Mountains. Pinetop Lakes Country Club (open to the public) is within walking distance. Rainbow Lake is but a short drive and available hiking trails are just around the corner.

Three of us, all adults, spent the month of July at this wonderful condo and will return. Clean, fully furnished, very quiet inside though only a few hundred feet from the road. This is a second floor unit which includes steps ... no elevator. We like to cook and found every pan, plate and utensil we needed. There's a nice roomy deck on the East side of the condo complete with table and chairs.and a gas barbecue, though we didn't use the BBQ. Deck is accessed from the living room. . The master bedroom easily accomodates two adults as does the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds ... could sleep four additional guests/kids very comfortably. Master bathroom quite roomy with seperated area for shower and WC. Grocery stores just a few miles away ... we didn't need to bring anything except clothing and golf clubs. Living room includes CD player, TV, games and lots of books. The website description and pictures of this property are thorough and complete. If you are looking for a great vacation spot to explore the white mountains or just get away from the summer heat ... this could be the place.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Fall and Winter are a beautiful time in the White Mountains, and that's especially true if you're skiers! Our Summer tenants will be leaving after Labor Day weekend so book your reservations early to enjoy the cool, crisp days and nights this Fall.
