We had an excellent experience. The owner was extremely accessable via both email and by phone and answered all our questions. The information provided on the condo via the web was exactly what we saw when we arrived. We would definately recommend this property to others. The pizza place across the street and down to the right just a little ways was awesome!!!

I love this place. I can't wait to stay here again. Dorelle is so quick to respond. The condo is in a great location and very clean. It is so nice to have the covered parking spot in the garage 2 spaces over from the bottom of the stairs, no hiking across a huge garage to get to your car and no scraping snow off your windshield! The view is great. The condo is bright and airy. You won't run out of bath towels here, there were about 50 in there! Great TVs. Fast WiFi. The washer and dryer were great to have. The free Summit Stage shuttle that takes you to Copper, Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, and other Summit County destinations picks up and drops off right in front of the condo. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice, clean property in a good location. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The condo was well stocked and came with the touches often missing from other properties (but that are so essential!) like plenty of paper products, starter set of bath products, dishwasher detergent, etc. We would return.
Owner response:Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I agree that the "little things" can be very helpful and not listed on the property description. I have many renters that stay for one month or longer so I do try to keep the condo well stocked.

I rented for January, 2012. Dorelle is one of the most agreeable landlords you will meet. The condo is well appointed with two new flat screen TV's, a fully furnished kitchen, a wonderful "lending library" and a quiet location. Because of its in town location, it gives you walking access to the town. Frisco has a number of good restaurants to explore. I would rent this unit again if I came to Frisco.

Condo is in a great location on main street. Can walk to any restaurant, hiking trails, and shops. Condo was clean and well maintained but could not give excellent because the bed mattresses and pillows were really uncomfortable. All else was great; tv, fireplace, internet, etc worked great with no issues.
Owner response:Hi Chris, I appreciate all your positive comments but I want you to know I strive for a 5 out of 5 and I have replaced the mattress with a new king this March. It is hard enough sleeping at altitude and everyone deserves a good night's sleep. I was unaware of any problems and I consider it my responsibility to make your sleeping conditions as good as possible.

The accommodations were great, the location was very convenient and the price was very fair. We even walked to town to a restaurant for dinner one of our nights. When we go back to ski in the Frisco area again, we'll definitely check on staying here again.

Dorelle was wonderful in helping us make last minute arrangements in October 2011. The condo is VERY clean which was extremely important given the circumstances in which we visited Frisco. It was welcoming and felt like home. We even referred to "going home" when out and about. It has everything you need with some special extras that came in very handy. (little things like sandwich baggies) We enjoyed the fireplace tremendously!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Dorelle for everything.

My husband and I spent a couple of nights at this property in October of 2011 and found it to be comfortable, spotless, and supplied with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the location and the view from the deck. The fireplace sure felt good after a chilly afternoon stroll down Main Street to Lake Dillon. This was our seventh trip to Frisco, but our first at this property. We would certainly consider staying here agan.
Owner response:Thanks Teresa for reviewing my condo. I too like to stroll Main Street although I don't usually get past my favorite restaurant, the Blue Spruce Inn. I especially enjoy the fireplace in the early morning with a nice cup of coffee. Dorelle

Perfect place and location! Will definitely consider it again for my ski trips to Summit Co. The description is totally accurate, photos are of the actual property and the place was clean and in perfect condition. Recommended. Dorelle replied to my inquiry with in 30 mins!!!! Communication was great.
Owner response:Thanks Gus for taking the time to post your recommendation. I appreciate it and I'm sure potential renters do as well. Dorelle

This was our first trip to Frisco and we are already planning to return next year. We were very pleased with our accommodations at this unit. It was exactly as described, if not better. I would not call this a luxury condo, but we were very comfortable and it was very clean and well kept. Members of our extended family stayed downtown in a "luxury" condo and payed a LOT more money. My kids especially liked that there was a TV in every room plus wireless internet. The location is perfect, a little away from the center of activity (especially during the BBQ Festival), yet only a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Frisco. If you're a biker (or hiker) it's perfect. You can throw a stone off the balcony and hit the bike trail and the trailhead for the Mt. Royal Trail is only 5 minutes down the bike trail. The Summit Stage stops in front and will take you anywhere in Summit County. Once we parked our car, we never used it again until we left. I highly recommend this unit to anyone staying in Frisco for 3 days or 3 months...it just feels like home and Dorelle, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with. We hope to be back.

We had a great time; your condo is just the right size and in a good location. We are tentatively planning to make the same trip next year during the first week in March, so you will probably be hearing from me again in October or so.

We stayed in the Condo for 3 weeks during Easter 2006. We loved the Condo, and found it comfortable, clean, spacious, in a great location (Summit Stage stops outside) with outstanding views. During the booking process Dorelle responded quickly to all of my e-mail queries and was very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Condo as a great base for a vacation and we hope to return in 2007.

We visit Frisco every August and always stay at Dorelle's condo. It is located at the west end of Main St and is within steps of the bikepath. The Summit Stage (free bus) stop is just across the parking lot near the front of the building. Also, you will have a great landlady. The condo is large and very bright and clean.

We stayed at the condo for one week in October 2003. We enjoyed it very much. It was perfect for small children and the Halloween parade was excellent. Clean, affordable and good management. Thanks for the great vacation.
