Brand new (2004), Gulf-Front condominium located in Silver Beach Towers West, one of the most exclusive properties in Destin. Your elevator will go to only four condominiums per floor - no long walks.

Our seventh floor condominium offers unsurpassed views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit was selected pre-construction specifically for the views of the beach, gulf, and sunsets. Our condominium has magnificent furnishings, including drapes and custom window treatments by one of the top design firms in Destin. We have two master suites; two twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper.

You will feel as if you have landed in a Caribbean paradise. Professionally decorated with West Indies influence throughout. Dazzling, vivid fabrics and colors; lots of wood, iron, rattan and wicker; safari animal motif; tropical florals; mirrored walls in great room, dining area, and master bath; fabulous artwork, plants, and accessories.

The oceanfront great room features bold colored fabrics and looks directly out onto the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. There is a large TV, DVD player, and VCR in an Asian inspired black wooden armoire. Board games and card games are available for children.

The kitchen, in addition to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, has cherry cabinets, Corian countertops and GE appliances. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.

The oceanfront dining area boasts a beautiful rattan and glass dining set with room for eight to dine comfortably, with extra seating at the bar. All fabrics are custom-made to accentuate the tropical feel while overlooking the beach. The large balcony also features an area for al-fresco dining or enjoying libations while watching the magnificent sunsets.

The Master bedroom which also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, features a King-size bed with a TV, DVD player, and VCR. Custom-made bed linens assure this a haven for rest or to watch the fabulous beach below. The master bath features mirrored walls, a separate glass enclosed shower, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. You can watch the surf while relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub.

The second bedrooms's focal point is a king-size bed with a unique tropical screen headboard. The balcony overlooks the tennis courts and the city of Destin with a view of the bay. This room also has a TV, DVD, and VCR. The twin bedroom features a TV, DVD, and VCR player and a balcony overlooking Destin and the tennis courts. A bath is nearby.

As a guest in our condominium, when you want to venture out to the beach, you will receive complimentary beach services - two chairs and an umbrella each day during your stay, with discounts available on additional set-ups.

For those who want a bit more stimulation, you have the option to obtain discounted rentals for all water sport activities such as wave runners, sailboats, kayaks, and parasailing. Tennis is available on brand new courts.

Our sister property (within walking distance or a very short ride), Silver Shells has activities and recreation programs as part of your reservation almost daily. You can compete in sandcastle building contests, play golf, the list is endless!! On Wednesday nights there is a Luau and Limbo party!!

There is a Blockbuster video rental store across the street from Silver Beach Towers for the nights you want to stay in and relax. We are close to many fine restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas.

Another perk as a guest in our condominium, you will receive additional VIP treatment for meals at the Grille at Silver Shells as well as the Spa at Silver Shells, which offers fabulous treatments ranging from facials to Hot Stone massages.
