This very particular Tuscan house (250sqm) is found in a beautiful panoramic position near Tavarnelle Val di Pesa located at the Chianti Hills, between Florence and Siena.
Once part of a medieval hamlet it has been restored and converted into a villa, with original terra-cotta floors and beamed ceilings, yet with modern facilities. It is elegantly furnished and fully-equipped. The wonderful surrounding is an alternation of vine yards and olive groves from one of the most renowned areas of Tuscany’s rolling hills. The swimming pool is positioned on a pretty garden, just beside a small loggia with a nice and very privileged view.
"Family-friendly" - Children are wellcome, cot and hight chair available with no extra cost.
