We are one of the area's most popular family oriented CLEAN BEACHSIDE Condominiums located at Sugar Beach Condominium. We have 2 Listings at Sugar Beach: #50471 2Bed/2Ba Sleep up to 6, #58244 1Bed/2Ba Sleep up to 6, and #55862 1Bed/2Bath at The Morrings Sleep up to 4. Relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico while in one of the three lovely affordable condominiums with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. HIGH SPEED INTERNET AVAILABLE IN UNIT.
We have three newly remodeled units one two bedroom (one level) two bath sleep six and two one bedroom (townhouse) unit with two baths that sleeps six( we can sleep a total of 18 in the same complex). The units are located on the beachside on the second and third floor with side views of the beach from private balcony. We have 300 feet directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
We have year around security guard, beachside restrooms and snack bar with drinks and great food. Four swimming pools, three on the gulf front and on on the first floor,one heated and one great for small kids. There is rental chairs and umbrella's on the beach. We also have large upper level sundecks. We have picnic tables near the barbecue grills. Our complex is only three stories high made of concrete construction, enclosed out-of-the weather hallways with two elevators and several stairwells.
They are clean units checked before and after you leave. We look forward to having you as a part of our yearly rental family.

The condo was perfect! It was just as described on Vrbo. The pictures gave an accurate description of the size and contents of the condo. The Owner was great to work with. This place was recommended by a friend and we loved it and hope to return very soon. Great place for a family vacation or just a quick getaway.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We so completely enjoyed our vacation at Sugar Beach. The condominium complex had everything we would want but was not so large that we felt “lost”. The unit was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and so much more. It was so nicely decorated, too. Our original plans were to come in August. The hurricane arrived the day we were due to arrive. I called the owner and rebooked with no problem. The October weather was superb. There is a Walmart Marketplace within a few miles. Original Oyster House is great for dinner and West Beach Grille has delicious breakfasts, all at moderate prices. We definitely will return to this Condominium.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo is amazing for the price, great location and very convenient to Gulf Shores. Beach is wonderful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would defentially stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great family oriented place. The pools were very convenient and clean. The sugar shack was by the pool and had everything you needed which was very nice. This condo was in exceptionally great shape and was very well maintained and clean.The owner was very easy to deal with and answered emails promptly.It was me,girlfriend and her 8 year old daughter. It was a very safe area and the beach was within 75 yards away. We went to a friend of mines condo down the road and let the child slide in the pools and play in the lazy river, but we could not wait to get back to our condo. It was not nearly as crowded and the people were much friendlier. If your on a budget and looking for a nice place you will be more than satisfied here. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Was very impressed with this condo.. I got an awesome deal on the price. In fact for the low price the unit well surpassed my expectations. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the pull down wall bed. I will definately stay here again. The Sugar beach Condominium is a great complex. The pools were very nice and I loved the security up front. No one got in without being cleared. Felt safe traveling alone with small children.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
