Lake Star Villa is on the waterfront of Star Lake! Built in 2004, the house is as new. We are located on the very exclusive, gated, Formosa Gardens, the most sought after development in the Disney/Kissimmee area.
The pool area faces southeast so you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late in the day. Enjoy drinks at sunset overlooking Star Lake. There are two King Double master suites. Both are huge, with a lounge suite in one, and study with a PC on broadband in the other. Both enjoy walk-in showers and one has a double bath! The third double bedroom is adjacent to its own bathroom, essentially another master suite, and the two beautifully decorated twins share an adjacent full bathroom too.
The games room features a seven foot pool table,table football, electronic darts as well as many boardgames, jigsaws, other small toys and two bicycles. The decoration and furnishings are to an amazing standard, the work of a professional interior design team.

Weekly Rates,2011/12,are $1499-$2699/week,(£899-£1699)including 13% tax,
solar pool heat(usually adequate March/November inc) Computer on Broadband and
unlimited US and International landline calls! The $1499 rate is for gaps/last
minute bookings and the $2699 rate is for Chrismas and Easter.Other periods are in
between. Gas Pool heat is $38(£25) A day,including tax, if required
Discount offered for bookings of 3 weeks or more. Credit Cards welcome.
Check in time 4pm; check out time 10am. Late check-out OK
if no arrival that day.
