What a wonderful condo. The leather couches are so comfy. We met lots of new friends and had a great time. It was a little cool outside but we made it to the pool and beach.

Hey Jim and Diane – Your “northern” neighbors say a HUGE thank you for our stay in your wonderful condo. It is one of the cleanest and best equipped condos we’ve ever staying in. The “El Presidente” property was super too. Clean, friendly and safe/secure – but one of the things we liked most was the ease of getting on and off the “key” (no long lines of cars to wait in). Planning a visit next year – we’ll keep in touch. PS. Also loved the washer/dryer in the condo – wonderful convenience (and the “he” soap).

You have a lovely condo which is extremely well equipped! We have stayed in many condos in Florida and yours is by far the best equipped! So kind of you to provide the guests laundry detergent! We had everything we needed and we love this location. If we could have gotten 2 weeks we surely would have taken it! Til next time!

“Seven Weeks in Paradise” – what more can we ask for than that? The nice condo, the generosity of Diane and Jim. The kindness of the owners and the staff, the beach, the pool, the sun and the warmth, the golf, the good restaurants and the family for 2 weeks… everything was perfect. This was the first time coming to Siesta Key. We had a lot of fun in the beach as well as the pool. We also met great people and most importantly the apartment was well equipped with things to look, play in the beach, etc. We saw some dolphins and went to the a few beautiful places. We had a fantastic week at El Presidente. So great having such a comfortable condo to relax in. The apartment is well equipped and had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation. The beach toys, floats, etc went down particularly well with our 5 year old son. As did the cable TV. The highlight for us was the perfect location. The pool right next to the beach made it great to be able to go back and forth. Thank you so much.

This is the first time we have been to Siesta Key and it won't be our last. The beach is absolutely beautiful!!! El Presidente had all of the amenities that we needed and your condo was perfect for us! We even rented a crib and high chair and you had toys for the baby which worked out perfectly. We were all extremely comfortable in your condo and we thank you for the hospitality.

We have been coming to Sarasota/Siesta Key for 27 plus years to stay at the grandparents condo. The grandparents have moved North (Chicago) full time, so this is the first time to find a new location. I must say we are pleasantly surprised that this condo met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. You have a wonderful condo on the key. We will likely return next year. I think we found paradise. We have been to many beaches up and down both coasts as well as the Carribean. This is by far the nicest. Your condo and all the amenities made it more enjoyable. Thank you for having everything here that we needed and more. All the beach accessories were a real plus. The upgrades made your condo beautiful as well. Thank you for renting your beautiful condo as well. Thank you for renting your beautiful condo on this breath taking beach. We will definitely be back. Also, the grab bars and bath mats were very helpful for my elderly parents.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Siesta Key beach is so beautiful and the weather was great everyday this week. The TV's, the beds and the furnishings were so nice. We were very comfortable and than you for renting to us. We hope to come back again next year.

Thanks for letting us stay in your condo. We had so much fun relaxing on the beach. We saw dolphins in the ocean and few days in a row and on May 1 we saw the tracks of a 250-350lb loggerhead turtle in the sand, where she came up to lay her eggs!! It was so neat in 50-60 days the eggs should hatch, wish we could see the babies. The sunsets were beautiful and w had a lot of fun at the Daquiri Dec. Thanks so much!

We have been staying at El Presidente for many years. We love the location and the beach. We have stayed in different units, but this one is the nicest. We love all the upgrades you have made. We especially love the big screen TV. It was great watching our teams play basketball UofL adn UofK.

And, of course having such a wondrferful condo as Unit 102 makes everything so much better. This is our 7th year at El Presidente the last 5 in 102. We were actually in 102 before you owned it. What a change since that time! The additional upgrades you made have really added to the ambiance of the unit. As big basketball fans, the new 50" TV made the games so much more enjoyable. We're looking forward to 6 weeks next year. All the best to you both, Diane and Jim and thanks for a great January.

Twenty years ago, we had discovered Siesta Key and this very nice beach. Three years ago, we have discovered El Presidente and this beautiful condo 102. We know now that it is here that we wish to be every year. You want us to feel at home and it is what is happening. This year, we stayed here during seven weeks and every day was perfect. Thank you Diane and Jim to receive us in your comfortable home. We appreciate your hospitality and your amability. We hope to be back next November.

Okay, first of all the beach is AMAZING! The water was perfect and clear almost every day. Second of all we were stupifyed by the capabilities of the red Coleman cooler. You could fill it with ice in the morning and at 8PM the ice would still be as it was in the morning! We would recommend parasailing as you get a marvelous view of Siesta Key. We also saw groups of stingrays, dolphins, large fish and even a shark (but don’t worry about that they apparently are not as fierce as people imagine them to be). This condo is absolutely wonderful with every amenity is accounted for. We love it here!

This was our first trip to Siesta Key but it won’t be our last! Staying at your condo made our trip. You had every amenity & more! Flying down from Ohio – we thought that we would need to purchase - boards, beach chairs - you had everything. The sun was out every day, while in Ohio they had rain every day. Your condo and pool was the cleanest. Beautiful accommodations and we have stayed in many. Thank you again, Diane and Jim for everything. We decided we want to come back next year and stay here at 102!

We truley enjoyed our stay. The unit was updated, well appointed, and very clean. It was large enough for my family(2 adults and 2 young children). We lived in Sarasota before so we were familer with the location. Everything was close by that we needed. We were surprised with all of the amenities that came with the unit. Beach supplies, washer/dryer, coffee pot, etc. You truley just need to bring your clothes. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice unit at a reasonable price.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
