This is the perfect family get-away. FISHERMAN WELCOME. Known as "The Bass Capital of the World," Lakepoint Resort State Park sits on the shores of the 45,200-acre Lake Eufaula. All rooms on the back of the house have FULL glass sliding doors to welcome you to the wrap deck and spectacular lake view. It features a Private COVERED boat dock, with a public ramp less than five minutes away. Fish off the dock! The lot is GENTLE slope.
Master bedroom is KING, two queens, two doubles,two twins and 2 futons that make into double beds. A large capacity washer and dryer is added for your convenience.The kitchen has a dishwasher, SIDE-BY-SIDE REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER. A glass top kitchen table and chairs, dining room has a beautiful Broyhill table with hutch. Sleeps 16-18.There is plenty of room for kids to play. The lot is .89 acre.It has 2500 square feet. Sorry NO PETS and No Smoking.

Two small grocery less than five minutes with take out famous for its hot dogs, offers pizza, grilled foods, has lots of other great foods.The house is located just off Highway 431 North, County Road 97 at 185 County Road 413. E-MAIL OR CALL FOR PRICES depending on season. Don`t haul gas just fill up right on the water at Thomas Mill just .2 mi from the house.There are sandy beach areas to swim from. We also have a fish cleaning station.
SAY YOU NEED A BOAT>> YOU ASKED for a boat so we now have a 21 ft. 2006 suntracker pontoon boat with a 60 horse,4 stroke mercury motor that we can include the use of to our guests. Boat availability is not guaranteed, , it still requires service and maintenance so be sure to LET ME KNOW IF YOU WISH TO USE IT so we can have it in the water and waiting for you..No part of the rental is refunded should the boat not be available. CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS APPLY for the boat.

This is the best. We stayed a lot of places before buying here. The fishing is awesome. There is such tranquility on the deck just sitting by the water. Not to mention all the fish here.
The Unique Benefits of this Lake House
Just 2 minutes away from gas on the lake. Seatow provides a service for emergencies and are so friendly. GOLF is just minutes away, shopping and Eufaula has the antebellum homes to tour including the Shorter Mansion.I have always loved it here. Its like a peace of Heaven.

"What a fantastic vacation for my family. This house is beautiful - just like the pics! The boat was available when we stayed and my kids are begging to go back again for our next vacation. They said they preferred this vacation to all our others including the Hyatt in Huntington Beach Ca and staying on the ocean at Myrtle Beach.
