Enjoy the crackling of a cozy woodstove fire while you watch the lovely moon rises over Active Pass and Mount Baker. The peace and quiet is only disturbed by the ferries passing by in the distance and the quiet sound of the lonely bellboy.
Cain Beach is just across a quiet country lane and is full of interesting tide pools and their inhabitants. The cottage is easy walking distance to ferries and shops and restaurants. Watch for deer, otter, eagles, herons, hummingbirds and seals as all are sighted regularly.
The smoke-free cottage has real country charm and is very clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator and microwave, a TV with a VCR and a selection of tapes. There are books to read and a broad porch to watch the sunrise and the sunset. A most relaxing, energizing and enjoyable place to spend a few days.
