Located just two miles inland from the Bethany Beach boardwalk, you will know you’re not in Kansas anymore! Bethany Beach is known as the "quiet resort" with small-town charm and a convenient location between Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.
Bring or rent bikes for a leisurely ride to the beach or visit the Delaware State Seashore Parks nearby. If you like to surf fish, the Delaware State parks offer several great beaches for fishing. Indian River Marina offers charter and head boats if deep sea fishing is your game. For the active vacationers, rent a kayak or sailboat at Fenwick Island State Park on the bayside. Enjoy a guided tour though the many marshes, ponds and canals with abundant wild life.
After a sun-filled day on the beach or relaxing by the community pool, enjoy dinner and ice cream in the town of Bethany. Want to explore further? Nearby Ocean City and Rehoboth boardwalks offer more fun for the whole family. Take in a beautiful bay sunset to the music of a steel drum band on the deck of the Rusty Rudder in Dewey Beach, only 15 minutes away.
For the golf enthusiast, there are many nearby challenging public courses including Salt Pond, Bear Trap Dunes, Cripple Creek, and Lighthouse. There are plenty of unique shops, antique shops, outlet shopping and wonderful restaurants nearby.
If a quiet evening is more appealing, the well-equipped kitchen, cozy family room and deck provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing with family and friends. There are VHS videos and board games for the kids to relax with after a long sun filled day at the beach. Whether you’re seeking tranquility or adventure, Parrot’s Paradise is the vacation spot for you.
This nearly new town home has over 1,700 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The house will sleep a total of ten guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bath; the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed that sleeps 2-3 as well as a day bed that will sleep two additional people; the third bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is plenty of on-site parking for friends and family.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a gas grill on the furnished deck off the kitchen for your cookouts. Each bedroom has a TV and there is a TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo in the living room. Extra beach chairs are at your disposal to save room in your car.
One well-behaved dog is welcome on a case-by-case basis, subject to owner's permission. An additional security deposit of $150 may be required and a per night surcharge of $25 will apply.
This smoke-free town home is rented from Saturday to Saturday and nightly with a three-night minimum during the off-season. We offer off-season weekend rentals with an early check in on Friday and late check out on Monday. |
