Newly remodeled, you'll feel relaxed and ready for a fun in the sun vacation. This privately owned oceanfront fourth floor studio looks directly over the one of the largest heated pools in Daytona and the tension relieving jacuzzi. There is one queen size bed and a queen sofa bed along with kitchen table & chairs, entertainment center, and table with 4 chairs on the private balcony.
The pool has tables, chairs, umbrellas, charcoal grills, and lounge chairs. On the beach, chairs, umbrellas, floats, bicycles, and four-wheelers are all available for rent. Plenty of on-site parking is available.
Only a half mile from the Main Street fishing pier, you'll be close to everything - theaters, shopping, night-life, and parks for the kids. Sun Splash Water Park (free) is right next door with fountains made to play in. The Daytona International Speedway is 5 miles away.
The Daytona Beach Kennel Club opened May 2008 with an all new facility featuring dog racing and poker rooms. Deep sea fishing charters and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse are within minutes.
From your private balcony, you can watch the moon rise over the ocean or take one of the two elevators to the lobby and go for a leisurely walk along the water.
You'll be close to everything Daytona Beach has to offer, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax and enjoy the laid-back seaside atmosphere.

Totally enjoyed our rental. Pictures are very acurate of the condo. Was excellent size for two people. Had everything we needed including paper products. The condo was very clean and the owner Pat was very easy to work with. Balcony was very nice to sit and relax and take in the awesome view. Location of the condo was great also, not a ton of traffic. We were very pleased with the overall resort also. The were always cleaning and maintance people making sure all the common areas were well taken care of. You need an key to get in the lobby after like 7 PM and you use the same key to get into the pool from the lobby as well was in and out of the pool area to the beach. Some might consider this a pain but I felt very safe and it was nice not to worry about anyone getting in that didn't belong. Lots of lounge chairs by the pool never an issue finding one of those in the afternoon. Overall experience was great. As I mentioned Pat was wonderful to deal with. Everything you need for a great trip to Daytona.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Everything was as described,everything was neat and clean as it should be.This could be the best place in town to watch the Saturday night fireworks show and Pat is very pleasant to do business with..I would recommend .

My sister and I stayed here for the Daytona 500 in 2008. The room was very clean and very well kept. We had an amazing time, and the renter Pat was especially gracious and kind and made sure that our stay was great. I would highly recommend anyone to rent this great condo! It is in a great location! We are hoping to come back to Daytona and renting this condo again!
