Welcome to "CREW REST STOP". Both house & pool are brand new in 2005. This Key West Style beach home is just 75 yards from the whitest sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.Private Pool that is totally fenced in and is absolutely beautiful. Custom built with all the extras.Seating for about 20 people around pool. Tiki bar with large dining table,lounge chairs,16'by 26'pool.
Home has 3 levels. 1st-Master bedroom with king bed, walk-in shower with Italian tile and double sinks. Kitchen with state of the art stainless appliances, corian countertops, living room and dining room with hard-wood floors.Beautiful furniture with a beach flair. Living room sofa is Ikea with washable white slipcover.Very Cute.Five other chairs in Living Room. One full bath in bedroom here and 1/2 bath across from kitchen. Nice to have two bathrooms on first level.
2nd level has 2 master suites with king bed in one with sofa and second bedroom has a queen plus a twin in it. Each with private bath and private balcony for each bedroom. Very private living quarters for each family. All bathrooms have double sinks which is good for multible families. Third level has a wet bar with sink. There is a queen bed here and a twin bed with armoire with tv in it. There is a TV in every bedroom, house phone in every room. All bedrooms are very large.
Beautiful view of ocean from this 3nd level. Porch off every bedroom for sitting and watching the sunsets and ocean. Not on the beach but only 75yds.to beach from my front door. Only one step from car into house, very easy! We are also pet friendly! This is a comfortable home for a large family or split with two other couples.Pier Park is about 2 miles from house. Favorite local resturant is J Michaels-great hamburgers. Enjoy my home.

The Unique Benefits at this PRIVATE POOL HOME
Its nice having your own private pool when you come in from the beach. I have a shower on the front porch and one in the back by the pool. I have many beach lounge chairs around the pool. There are 5 bathrooms in this house, two being on the first floor. This is really nice when coming in from the beach too. The house is an open floor plan , kitchen , dining and living room is one big room. The bedrooms all have their own patio off of it. This is nice in the morning when you want to have coffee in the quiet times. All the bedrooms have a bathroom in it with double sinks. This is nice for saving your marriage. Ha. Enjoy my lovely home.

Hi, my name is Jan and I bought my beach home in 2005. I am still working in Washington DC for a major airline. I try to get to Panama City Beach as much as possible but not nearly enough. I travel most of the time. I kind of know what people want when they go on vacation and I try to furnish it in my home. I am about 75 yards to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Its nice going to the beach but also nice to come home to a beautiful space with your own private pool. My home has many more nicer things than most rental homes. Enjoy my lovely home
