Owner info

Year Purchased: 2014

About the owner: We have had a second home in this area for 15 years, our main home being in Nashville Tennessee. We came for the snow skiing and found the summers and activities to be our greatest surprised asset. We purchased the condo next to us, as our neighbors, were no longer able to make the trip in the summers. We are right next door and can share all the tips about the area.. and adventures.

Why the Owner Chose Suncrest:
Located next to our privately owned home. We have always wanted to own property out west. Our children grew up snow skiing and we wanted to continue the tradition for our grandchildren. Our family loves to spend Christmas Holidays in the mountains and skiing. However, each year our grandchildren come to horseback riding camp, skate boarding camp, hike , and kayak. We love this hidden gem in Whitefish Montana

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The choice of our property in Montana was the location. We ski, but, we love the town, and so many other activities. We can walk to town, or ride our bicycles out to the bike path and into town and around. The neighborhood is quaint and small and friendly. SunCrest owns a large beach front property on Whitefish Lake. Therefore, we are able to enjoy the lake without having to do the maintenance. There is a bath house, dock, furniture and grills, We go, we leave, caretakers manage the beach area. Right outside our door is one of the most popular hiking spots, the trail up to Ironhorse, a gated community. We love being 3.5 miles from the skiing. We rent a locker and are able to be at the top to ski in 5-10 minutes.. We always say, being in our location, we don't have to drive far at all to get a gallon of milk. In addition, the Whitefish Lake Golf Course and City Beach are all within 3 miles of our location. I guess location, location, location is our most unique benefit. Hidden from view, but, having the best views, nobody knows your up there looking out. Safe area for children and friendly street.
